المستخلص: تعتبر عملية اختيار منتج البرنامج إحدى أصعب المراحل التي يمر بها المستهلك ، خاصة وأن لعشرات منتجات البرامج أهداف متشابهة وأسعار مختلفة وميزات مفصلة. تهتم هذه الورقة باقتراح نظام دعم القرار لاختيار منتج البرنامج الأمثل الذي يفي بمتطلبات المستهلك ، باستخدام أساليب التفكير القائم على الحالة "CBR" ، وحفز قواعد الارتباط ، واقتراح مقياس التشابه بين تفضيلات المستهلك وميزات المنتج.

Abstract: The process of selecting a software product is considered as one of the most difficult stage a consumer goes through, especially with tens of software products have similar goals, different prices and detailed features. This paper is interested in proposing a decision support system to select the optimal software product that meets the consumer's requirements, using Case- Based Reasoning techniques 'CBR', inducing Association Rules ,and suggesting a similarity measure between the consumer's preferences and the product's features.
