المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد درجة ممارسة معلمي صعوبات التعلم لاستراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة بمدارس المدينة المنورة ، والكشف عن الفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة معلمي صعوبات التعلم لاستراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة بمدارس المدينة المنورة تعزى إلى النوع الاجتماعي (معلم، معلمة)، والمؤهل الدراسي (بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا)، سنوات الخبرة (5 سنوات فأقل – أكثر من 5 سنوات- أقل من 10 سنوات – أكثر من 10 سنوات)، والكشف عن معوقات ممارسة معلمي صعوبات التعلم لاستراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة بمدارس المدينة المنورة، واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث تمثلت أداة البحث في الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي التربية الخاصة بمنطقة المدينة المنورة والبالغ عددهم (94) معلم بما يمثل نسبته (67)% من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي، تم أخذهم بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة.
وتوصل البحث في نتائجه إلى:
أن المعلمين (موافقون بشدة) على درجة ممارسة استراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة بمدارس المدينة المنورة بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (4.25 من 5.00)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات المعلمين في درجة ممارسة معلمي صعوبات التعلم لاستراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة بمدارس المدينة المنورة تعزى إلى متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة التدريسية) ، وحول معوقات ممارسة استراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة بمدارس المدينة المنورة تبين أن المعلمين (موافقون) على المعوقات وبمتوسط حسابي بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (4.25 من 5.00).
وأوصى الباحث بحث الطلاب من ذوي صعوبات التعلم على استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة لما لهذه الاستراتيجيات أثر واضح في تحصيلهم التعليمي ، وضرورة زيادة الوقت المخصص للحصة الدراسية من شأنه الاستفادة من توظيف الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة لدى ذوي صعوبات التعلم ، كما أوصت الدراسة ضرورة تقييم أداء الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة من أجل التأكد من اكتسابهم المهارات والقدرات اللازمة ومدى انعكاسه عليهم.
Abstract: The Research aimed to determine the degree to which learning difficulties teachers practice modern learning strategies in Medina schools, and to reveal statistically significant differences in the degree to which learning difficulties teachers practice modern learning strategies in Medina schools due to gender (teacher, male teacher), and academic qualification (Bachelor’s degree, studies Senior), years of experience (5 years or less - more than 5 years - less than 10 years - more than 10 years), And to uncover the obstacles (employment - practice) of learning difficulties teachers to modern learning strategies in Medina schools. In his study, the researcher relied on the use of the descriptive analytical approach. The study tool was the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and the study population consisted of special education teachers in the Medina region, numbering (94) teachers, representing (67)% of the total original population, who were taken using a simple random sampling method.
The results of the Research were as follows:
The teachers (strongly agreed) on the degree of practicing modern learning strategies in Medina schools, with an overall arithmetic average of (4.25 out of 5.00). The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the teachers’ responses in the degree of learning difficulties teachers’ practice of modern learning strategies in Medina schools due to Variables (gender, academic qualification, number of years of teaching experience), Regarding the obstacles to (employing - practicing) modern learning strategies in Medina schools, it was found that teachers (agreed) with the obstacles, with a general arithmetic average of (4.25 out of 5.00).
The Research recommended urging students with learning difficulties to use modern strategies because these strategies have a clear impact on their educational achievement, and the need to increase the time allocated for the class, which would benefit from employing the strategies used by people with learning difficulties. The study also recommended the need to evaluate the performance of students with learning difficulties in Using modern learning strategies in order to ensure that they acquire the necessary skills and abilities and the extent to which this is reflected in them.
