المستخلص: عنوان الرسالة: فتح الباري بشرح البخاري، للحافظ أبي الفضل أحمد بن علي بن حجر العسقلاني (ت 852 هـ)، من بداية (كتاب الفتن)، إلى نهاية (باب ما يكره من ثناء السلطان، وإذا خرج قال غير ذلك) من (كتاب الأحكام)، تحقيقًا ودراسةً. وموضوعها: تحقيق كتاب فتح الباري ودراسته، ضمن مشروعٍ علميٍّ، وعدَّةُ أحاديث البخاري المدروسة فيه -دون عدِّ الأحاديث المكررة في الموضع الواحد- (110) حديثٍ وأثرٍ، وعدد لوحات المخطوط الأصل المحققة (94) لوحة. والمنهج المتبع فيها هو المنهجُ النقديُّ، والتحليليُّ. وأمَّا نسخ التحقيق المعتمدة في الفتح: فاتخذت نسخة السنباطي أصلًا، ونسختي رستم باشا، وأحمد الثالث فرعَيْن معتمدين للمقابلة. وفي إثبات متن الصحيح: اتخذت نسخة أبي مكتوم أصلًا، ونسختي الألوكة، ومراد مُلَّا فرعَيْن معتمدين للمقابلة. وأمَّا محتويات الرسالة، فهي مقدمةٌ، وقسمين، وخاتمة. فأمَّا المقدمة ففيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وخِطّة الرسالة، ومنهج العمل. وأمَّا القسم الأول: فهو الدراسة، ويتضمَّن فصلين: الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجزة للحافظ ابن حجر، وفيه تسعة مباحث، والفصل الثاني: دراسة كتاب «فتح الباري بشرح البخاري»، ومقدِّمته، وفيه ستة مباحث. وأمَّا القسم الثاني: فهو النصُّ المحقق. ثم الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات. ومن النتائج المسجلة في ختام هذه الرسالة ما يلي: 1. حفظ هذا الشرح لمادة عددٍ من المصادر المفقودة، وعددها (40) مصدرًا في القدر المحقق. 2. اعتمد ابن حجر على رواية أبي ذر أصلًا في شرحه، وقد يخرج عن ذلك في مواضع. 3. من مزايا الشرح: تفسير الحديث بطرقه ورواياته. 4. شدة خطورة الفتن، والنأيُ عنها؛ طلبًا للسلامة منها. 5. عظم باب القضاء، وخطورة ولوجه عن جهل.

Abstract: Thesis topic: Fath Al-Bari Besharh Al-Bukhari, by Al-Hafiz Abi Al-Fadl Ahmed bin Ali bin Hajar Al-Asqalani (d.852), investigation and study. The subject: It is organized in a scientific project to verify and study the book of Fath al-Bari, and several hadiths of Bukhari studied in it - without counting the repeated hadiths in one place - (110) hadiths and Athars, and the number of plates of the original manuscript verified (94) plates. The method used in it is the method of critical and analytical method. As for the copies of the investigation approved in Al-Fath: I took the copy of Al-Sunbati originally, and the copies of Rustum Pasha and Ahmed the Third are two approved branches of the interview. As for the contents of the thesis, it is an introduction, two parts, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it covers the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the thesis plan, and the work method. As for the first section: it is the study, and it includes two chapters: the first chapter: a brief translation of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, and it contains nine investigations, and the second chapter: a study of the book “Fath Al-Bari Bi Sharh Al-Bukhari”, and its introduction, and it contains six investigations. As for the second section: it is the verified text. Then the conclusion, which contains the most important findings and recommendations. Among the results recorded at the end of this thesis are the following: 1. This explanation of the material has been saved a number of missing sources, of which there are (40) sources in Al-Qadar Al-Mahqeq. 2. Ibn Hajar relied primarily on the narration of Abu Dhar in his explanation, but he may deviate from that in places. 3. From the advantages of explanation: the interpretation of the hadith through its methods and narrations. 4. The severity of temptation, and distancing from it; requesting their safety. 5. The greatness of the door of the judiciary, and the seriousness of his face out of ignorance.
