المستخلص: ملخص البحث: فإنَّ هذا البحث هو دراسة وتحقيق كتاب (نقاوة الفوائد السنيّة في شرح الألفيّة) للعلامة أبي عبد الله محمَّد بن أحمد بافَضل الشّافعي -رحمه الله- من قوله: ("بيان معاني كلم يحتاج إليها" إلى آخر: "النوع الرابع ما يتوقف الاستدلال عليه من حيث بقاء الحكم وارتفاعه"). وقد قسَّمتُه إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: القسم الدِّراسي، والقسم الثاني: القسم التّحقيق.
فالقسم الدراسي، يتضمن أربعة مباحث: التعريف بمُؤلف كتاب الفوائد السنية في شرح الألفية، والتعريف بكتابه، والتعريف بمُؤلف كتاب نقاوة الفوائد السنية، ودراسة كتابه.
والقسم الثاني: النصّ المحقَّق، فاختصر المُؤلف فيه المسائل الأصولية من شرح البرماوي، فاحْتَوَى بيان معاني الكلمات التي يحتاجها، وبيان مسائل الأمر والنهي والعام والخاص والمطلق والمقيّد والظاهر والمؤوّل والمجمل والمبين والنسخ.
نسخت المخطوط معتمدًا على نسخته الوحيدة التي وجدناها بحالة جيدة، واضحةَ الخط سهلةَ القراءة بالمجمل، وأصلها في المملكة المتحدة، مكتبة المتحف البريطاني، ومنها نسخة مصورة في مركز الملك فيصل-وهي التي نسخت منها-.

Abstract: This research is a study and investigation of the book (naqawathul tawaidhus saniyyah fi sharhil alfiyyah) by the scholar abu abdullah muhammad bin ahmad ba fadhel al-shafi’i, -may allah have mercy on him- from his saying: “explaining the meanings of words that are needed” to the end “the fourth type is what the evidence depends on in terms of the continuation of the ruling and its removal.". I divided the research into two sections: the first section is the study section, and the second section is the investigation section.
The study section includes four topics: an introduction to the author of the book al-fawa’id al-sanniyah fi sharhil alfiyyah, an introduction to his book, an introduction to the author of the book "naqawathul fawaidhus saniyyah", and a study of his book.
The second section: the investigated text, so the author summarized in it the fundamental issues from sharhul barmavi, which included an explanation of the meanings of the words that he needed and an explanation of the issues of command and prohibition, the general and the specific (al aam wal khass), the absolute and the restricted (al muthlaq wal muqayyadh), the apparent and the interpreted (al lahir wal muawwal), the ambiguous and the clear (al mujmal wal mubayyan), and abrogation (al naskh).
