المستخلص: عُنْوانُ الرِسالة: القيم الإسلامية من خِلال سؤالات التابعين وتطبيقاتُها المعاصرة دراسة وصفية تحليلية.
أَهدافُ الرِسالة: هدفت إلى بيان أهمية سؤالات التابعين وما تضمنتْها من قيمٍ إسلاميةٍ وأخلاقٍ ساميةٍ. وهي رسالة علمية مقدمة لنيل درجة العاليمة العالية الدكتوراه في قسم الدعوة والثقافة الإسلامية.
إن هذه الرسالة تم من خلالها دراسة بعض َالقيم الإسلامية من خلال سؤال التابعين رحمهم الله، ثم بعد ذلك تحليلها بطريقة علمية تقوم على الأدلة الصحيحة والمنهج المستقيم، مع بيان تطبيقاتها المعاصرة، بقدر الاستطاعة
وقد شملتْ خطةُ البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة فصول تخللها عدةُ مباحث وخاتمة وفهارس عامة، جاء في مقدِمتها بيان أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه وتساؤلاته، والدراسات السابقة فيه مع بيان خطته التفصيلية.
وقد حوى التمهيد (الفصل التمهيدي) على مبحثين شمِلا تعريفَ القيم الإسلاميَّة. وخصائِصها، وأهميةِ السؤال في الإسلام، والتعريف بالتابعين وأهمية عصرهم في بناء القيم الإسلامية، مع بيان أساليبهم في ترسيخها. ثم جاء الفصل الأول: عن القيم المتعلقة بالعبادات من خلال سؤالات التابعين رحمهم الله؛ سواء ما تعلَّق بالعبادات القلبية أو القولية أو الفعلية. وجاء الفصل الثاني: في بيان القيم الأخلاقية من خلال سؤالات التابعين رحمهم الله؛ سواء ما تعلق بالأخلاق مع الخَالق أو الخَلق.
وفي الفصل الثالث: كان الكلام عن القيم الحضارية من خلال سؤالات التابعين رحمهم الله، وشمل قيمةَ العِلم والمعرفة، وقيمة العَدْل والإنصاف، وقيمة الحوار الداعم للسِلم، والقيمة المتعلقة بالحياة البيئية. أما الفصل الرابع: فكان الكلام عن القِيَم الاقتصادية من خلال سؤالات التابعين رحمهم الله، وقد شمل قيمةَ كسبِ الحلال، وقيمةَ الأمانةِ والحفاظ على الحقوق، وقيمةَ عدم الضرر والإضرار، وقيمةَ الصدق في العهود والالتزام به، وقيمة ذمِّ الحِيل المحرمة. وجاء في نهاية كل فصل مبحث في بيان التطبيقات المعاصرة للقيم الإسلامية المستفادة من سؤالات التابعين رحمهم الله.
وقد اعتمدتُ في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، لتناسبهما طبيعة البحث وأهدافه.
Abstract: Objectives of the Thesis: It aimed to explain the importance of the Tābiʻīn’s questions and the Islamic values and beautiful morals they contained. It is a scientific thesis submitted to obtain a doctorate degree in the Department of Islamic Da’wah and Culture. In this thesis, some Islamic values were studied through the questions of the Tābiʻīn, may Allah have mercy on them, and then analyzing them in a scientific way based on correct evidence and the virtuous approach, with a description of their contemporary applications, as much as possible. The research plan included an introduction, a preface, and five chapters interspersed with several sections, a conclusion, and indexes. In general, the introduction explains the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives and questions, and previous studies on it, along with an explanation of its detailed plan.
The preface (the introductory chapter) contained two sections, which included defining Islamic values and their characteristics, the importance of questions in Islam, and introducing the Tābiʻīn and the importance of their era in building Islamic values, with an explanation of their methods for consolidating them. Then came the first chapter: about the values related to worship through the questions of the Tābiʻīn, may Allah have mercy on them; Whether related to heart, verbal, or actual worship, the second chapter was about explaining moral values through the questions of the Tābiʻīn, may Allah have mercy on them, whether related to morals with the Creator or creation.
In the third chapter: The talk was about civilizational values through the questions of the Tābiʻīn, may Allah have mercy on them, and included the value of science and knowledge, the value of justice and fairness, the value of dialogue in support of peace, and the value related to environmental life. As for the fourth chapter: the talk was about economic values through the questions of the Tābiʻīn, may Allah have mercy on them. It included the value of earning lawful income, the value of honesty and preserving rights, the value of not being harmed or harming others, the value of honesty in covenants and adhering to them, and the value of condemning forbidden tricks. Then the fifth chapter: an explanation of contemporary applications of Islamic values learned from the questions of the Tābiʻīn, may Allah have mercy on them.
The study relied on the descriptive and analytical method to suit the nature and objectives of the research.
