المستخلص: الجزء الثالث من فوائد أبي علي الصواف (359ه)، بانتقاء الدارقطني (385ه)، مخطوط لجزء من الأجزاء الحديثية، له نسختان خطيتان؛ أحدهما كاملة تقع في (19) لوحة، وهي من محفوظات دار الكتب الظاهرية بدمشق ضمن المجاميع العمرية، والآخر ناقصة تقع في (6) أوراق وهي من ضمن محفوظات مكتبة الشيخ سليمان بن صالح بن حمد بن بسام الخاصة بعنيزة. ويشتمل الجزء على الأحاديث والآثار في أبواب متنوعة من الإيمان، والأحكام، والسيرة، والقراءات، والرقائق، والسلوك، وغيرها. ويبلغ مجموع عدد الأحاديث والآثار (171) نصا. قمت بتحقيق نصفه الثاني -وهو من بداية اللوحة التاسعة إلى نهاية اللوحة الخامسة عشر - لإكمال متطلبات الحصول على درجة العالمية (الماجستير). وقسمتُ البحثَ إلى قسمين رئيسين. وهما: قسم الدراسة وقسم للنص المحقق. وفي الفصل الأول من قسم الدراسة ترجمت لصاحب الكتاب أبي علي الصواف، وللمنتقي أبي الحسن الدارقطني، وأما في الفصل الثاني منه، ذكرت دراسة مختصرة عن هذا الجزء مبينا اسمه، وتوثيق نسبته وموضوعه، ومحتواه. وذكرت أيضا تراجم مختصرة للأعلام المذكورين في إسناد الكتاب ومنهج المؤلف وطريقته في ذكر الأحاديث ثم وصفت النسخة الخطية. أما القسم الثاني، فقد خصصته للنص المحقق الذي يُعنى بإثبات النص وخدمته بالتخريج والكلام على الرواة، وإبراز وجه الفائدة لكل حديث ما أمكن، وأعقبته بخاتمة تلخِّص نتائج الدراسة.
Abstract: In this Thesis, I have chosen to study the valuable manuscript considered as Juz hadith; the third part from the narrations of Abu Ali Al-Sawwaf (d: 359H). It is a selection and compilation of Imam Al-Daraqtuni (d: 385H) from the narrations of Al-Sawwaf. It is a treasured book in the field of hadith, comprising narratives from the path of a particular narrator specially focused on rare benefits related to the chain and the text. It has two handwritten copies: The first copy is complete and consists of nineteen pages. It is held in the collections of the Dar al-Kutub al-Zahiriyyah Library in Damascus, Syria, as part of the manuscripts titled as "Majaamiul Umariyyah". The second copy is incomplete and consists of six pages. It is held in the private library of Sheikh Suleiman bin Saleh bin Hamad bin Bassam in Unayzah, Saudi Arabia. This book consists of Prophetic hadiths, and narratives of his companions and pious predecessors (Aathaar). The total number of texts in this book reached 171, including various benefits in different fields. The number of narrations I have studied in this research is ninety, which is from the beginning of the ninth tablet to the end of fifteenth tablet. This research comprises of two main parts following the introduction. The first part is about a study regarding the book consisting of two chapters. The first chapter holds an abridged biography of both the Author, Abu Ali Al-Sawwaf - to whom the book belongs- and Al-Daraqutni- who did the arrangement. As for the second chapter it contains a study about the book itself; including its name, proofs of attributing the book to the author and contents of the book. Also, an abridged biography of the narrators mentioned in the chain of the book, the methodology of the author in his narrations, and a description of the manuscript. The second part is allocated to serve the complete text of the book by studying each text according to the field of hadeeth, elaborating on the rulings and condition of narrators and trying to extrapolate the intended benefit in each narration. Then I conclude with a mention of the key findings of the study.
