المقدمة وفيها: القيمة العلمية للموضوع، أسباب اختياره، الدراسات السابقة، خطة البحث، منهج التحقيق.
القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة، وفيه أربعة فصول:
الفصل الأول: دراسة كتاب "الكشاف" للزمخشري، من حيث التعريف به وبتفسيره والحواشي عليه.
الفصل الثاني: دراسة عصر المؤلف، من حيث الحالة السياسية، والاجتماعية، والعلمية.
الفصل الثالث: التعريف بالمؤلِّف، من حيث اسمه، ونسبه، ومولده، ووفاته، ونشأته، وحياته العلمية، ومؤلفاته، شيوخه، وتلاميذه، وعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهي، ومكانته العلمية وثناء العلماء عليه.
الفصل الرابع: دراسة الكتاب، من حيث تحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نسبته إلى مؤلفه، وموضوعه، موارده، ومنهج مؤلفه فيه، والقيمة العلمية له، وصف النسخ الخطية المعتمدة في التحقيق ونماذج منها.
القسم الثاني: تحقيق نَصِّ الكتاب: من بداية سورة الرحمن ونهايتها.
واختُتمت الرسالة بفهارس علمية متنوعة.

Abstract: Thesis Tittle: Study and edition of “Al-kafeel bi ma'any at-tanzeel” written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen Al-Kindi, Surat Al-Rahman.
The thesis components: The thesis contains of introduction, two sections, references, indexes and its details as follows:
The introduction included the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review, research plan and methodology.
First Section: This study section has four chapters as follows:
Chapter one: Brief study of “Al-Kashaf’s” book by "Al-Zamakhshari " in terms of the biography of the author and introduction of his book on Qur’anic exegesis.
Chapter two: Brief study of the era of the author, in terms of the political, social, and scientific situation.
Chapter three Introducing the author in terms of his name, lineage, birth, death, development, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological belief, his jurisprudential school of thought, academic status, commendation of learned scholars for him.
Chapter four: study of the book in brief in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, and objections raised on the author and the book, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of them.
Second section: Verification of the book text: from the beginning to the end of Surat Ar-Rahman.
The thesis concluded with various scientific indexes.
