Abstract: Blockchain is now gaining traction as a secure and reliable platform for secure data sharing in fields such as banking, supply chain management, food production, energy, the Internet, and medical services. Furthermore, in a decentralized fashion, the blockchain can be regarded as an immutable ledger for storing data entries. Moreover, this modern technology has been designed to disrupt a range of data-driven industries, including the healthcare industry. Electronic healthcare services have paved the way for easier and more accessible treatment; however, patient privacy has also become the main victim of external as well as internal attacks by healthcare personal. Therefore, we will design a framework to control the patient health record and that the patient is the one who gives the necessary permission to those who access his/her health record and all activities will be recorded via the Blockchain and usage control. We want to achieve our contribution to this framework in that it is user-centric and privacy-aware.
