المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تشخيص المشكلات المتعلقة بالكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكاميرون من وجهة نظرهم، وذلك في مجال الكفايات المتعلقة بتخطيط الدرس وتنفيذ الدرس وتقويم الدرس، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف البحث، ثم قام بتطبيقها على معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية والأهلية في منطقة شمال الكاميرون البالغ عددهم (71) معلم معلمة، ومن ثم قام الباحث بتحليل البيانات والاستجابات المستردة من أفراد العينة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود المشكلات المتعلقة بالكفايات التدريسية بشكل عام بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت المشكلات المتعلقة بكفيات تقويم الدرس في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة كبيرة، وذلك بمتوسط حسابي (3.49) وانحراف معياري (0.61)، ثم جاء محور المشكلات المتعلقة بتخطيط الدرس في المرتبة الثانية بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.49) وانحراف معياري (0.64)، في حين جاء محور المشكلات المتعلقة بتنفيذ الدرس في المرتبة الأخيرة، بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب تقديرات أفراد العينة حول المشكلات المتعلقة بكفايات تخطيط الدرس وتقويم الدرس تعزى إلى متغير التخصص، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رتب تقديرات أفراد العينة حول المشكلات المتعلقة بتنفيذ الدرس تعزى لمتغير التخصص، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين متوسط رتب تقديرات أفراد العينة حول المشكلات المتعلقة بالكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي اللغة العربية تعزى لمتغيرتي سنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية.
Abstract: The current study aimed at discovering and identifying the extent of problems related to the teaching competencies of Arabic language teachers of secondary schools in Cameroon on lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation, from their point of view. In order to achieve the research objective, the researcher relied on the descriptive survey approach with the questionnaire and applied it to 71 Arabic teachers in public and private secondary schools in the northern Cameroon region. The researcher analysed the research sample data using the SPSS program, and after applying the field aspect the research reached a number of findings, including: The existence of general problems with teaching capabilities and competencies to a moderate level, and problems related to lesson evaluation competencies came in the first place to a large degree, with an arithmetic mean (3.49) and a standard deviation (0.61).Then the problems related to lesson planning came in the second place to a large degree, with an average arithmetic (3.49) and a standard deviation (0.64), while the problems related to lesson implementation came in the last place with a medium degree. The research also found that there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the respondents' estimates on problems related to the competencies of lesson planning and lesson evaluation due to the specialization variable, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the respondents' estimates due to the specialization variable. The results also indicated that there were no differences between the average ratings of the respondents regarding problems related to the teaching competencies of Arabic language teachers due to the variables of years of experience and the number of training courses. In light of this, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and research proposals.
