المستخلص: أتت هذه الدراسة بعنوان: اثر الثورة الإيرانية على دول الخليج العربي 1399-1417هـ/1979-1997م- لتسلط الضوء على الآثار السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية تاريخياً التي انعكست على دول منطقة الخليج العربي نتيجة للثورة الإيرانية وما صاحبها ونتج عنها من أحداث بعد ذلك، وتكونت الدراسة من خمسة فصول، تناولت في الفصل الأول استراتيجية الثورة الإيرانية تجاه دول الخليج العربي من حيث حدود الثورة وفكر تصديرها إلى دول المنطقة، ثم تطرق البحث إلى الدور الذي اضطلعت به الحوزة العلمية في قم لنشر أفكار الثورة دينياً وسياسياً ، تناولت الدراسة كذلك أجنحة الثورة الخارجية التي تم تأسيسها داخل بعض الدول الخليجية بهدف دعم فكر تصدير التورة إليها، وفي الفصل الثاني تطرق البحث إلى أثر الثورة الإيرانية في اندلاع حرب الخليج الأولى في عدد من المباحث تناول البحث من خلالها جذور الصراع والأسباب التي أدت لنشوب الحرب، كما تناول أحداث ومجريات الحرب، وختم الفصل بموقف دول الخليج العربي في دعم دولة العراق في صراعها مع إيران، وفي الفصل الثالث تناول البحث أثر متغيرات الحرب على دول الخليج العربي من حيث الجوانب السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية وما نتج عنها من أثار على دوله، وفي الفصل الرابع انتقل البحث إلى أثر القضايا والمشكلات السياسية بين إيران ودول الخليج العربي، وقد بين ذلك في عدد من المباحث تناولت قضية الاحتلال الإيراني للجزر الإمارتية وأثرة على العلاقات الخليجية والإيرانية وانتقل بعد ذلك لبيان أدوات وأساليب التدخلات الإيرانية في شؤون دول الخليج العربي، كذلك المحاولات الإيرانية المستمرة لتقويض استقرار دول الخليج العربي، وخَتم بدور رؤساء الجمهورية الإيرانية المحافظين والإصلاحيين في توجيه سياسة الجمهورية مع دول الخليج العربي، وختمت الدراسة بالفصل الخامس تحت عنوان أثر تأسيس مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية تطرقت الدراسة من خلاله إلى نشأة المجلس ثم تناولت الاجتماعات التي عقدها المجلس والتي واكبت أحداث فترة الدراسة ثم تحدث البحث عن القرارات الصادرة عن المجلس في تلك الفترة وانتقل إلى دور دول الخليج العربي في مواجهة سياسة إيران في المنطقة من خلال مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية، وانتهت بنتائج الدراسة.
Abstract: This study came entitled: The impact of the Iranian revolution on the Arab Gulf countries 1399-1417 AH / 1979-1997 AD - to shed light on the political, military and economic effects historically that were reflected on the countries of the Arab Gulf region as a result of the Iranian revolution and the accompanying events after that, and the study consisted of five chapters, dealt in the first chapter with the strategy of the Iranian revolution towards the Arab Gulf countries in terms of the borders of the revolution and the thought of exporting it to the countries of the region, then the research touched on the role played by The seminary in Qom to spread the ideas of the revolution religiously and politically, the study also dealt with the wings of the foreign revolution that was established within some Gulf countries with the aim of supporting the thought of exporting the revolution to it, and in the second chapter the research touched on the impact of the Iranian revolution in the outbreak of the first Gulf War in a number of detectives through which the research dealt with the roots of the conflict and the reasons that led to the outbreak of war, as well as the events and course of the war, and concluded the chapter with the position of the Arab Gulf countries in support of the State of Iraq in its conflict With Iran, and in the third chapter the research dealt with the impact of war variables on the Arab Gulf countries in terms of political, economic and security aspects and the resulting effects on his countries, and in the fourth chapter the research moved to the impact of political issues and problems between Iran and the Arab Gulf countries, and this was shown in a number of detectives dealt with the issue of the Iranian occupation of the UAE islands and its impact on Gulf and Iranian relations and then moved to indicate the tools and methods of Iranian interventions in the affairs of the Arab Gulf countries, as well as attempts The study concluded with the fifth chapter under the title of the impact of the establishment of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, through which the study touched on the emergence of the Council and then dealt with the meetings held by the Council, which accompanied the events of the study period, then the search for the decisions issued by the Council in that period and moved to the role of the Arab Gulf countries in confronting Iran's policy in region through the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, and ended with the results of the study.
