المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة معلمات التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت للكفايات الرقمية أثناء جائحة كورونا، ولتحقيق الهدف من البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي وأداة الاستبانة التي تكونت من ثلاثة محاور رئيسة : وهي كفايات إنتاج المعرفة الرقمية وعرضها، وكفايات استخدام برامج الفصول الافتراضية، وكفايات استخدام شبكة المعلومات العالمية في الموقف التعليمي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات التربية الإسلامية بمدارس المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة الجهراء التعليمية بدولة الكويت، حيث بلغ عددهن (811) معلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (273) معلمة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة معلمات التربية الإسلامية بدولة الكويت للكفايات الرقمية في أثناء جائحة كورونا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ، وبمتوسط حسابي(3.24)، وأن كفايات إنتاج المعرفة الرقمية وعرضها أعلى الكفايات المتحققة، حيث جاءت بدرجة كبيرة ،وبمتوسط حسابي(3.28)، يليها استخدام برامج الفصول الافتراضية وقد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، و بمتوسط حسابي(3.23)، وأخيرا كفايات استخدام شبكة المعلومات العالمية في الموقف التعليمي، حيث جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي(2.20)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة ممارسة معلمات التربية الإسلامية بدولة الكويت للكفايات الرقمية في ظل جائحة كورونا تُعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية الرقمية. بينما وجدت فروق في محور كفايات إنتاج المعرفة الرقمية وعرضها تعزى لاختلاف الخبرة في التعليم في اتجاه المعلمات اللاتي لديهن خبرة من سنة إلى خمس سنوات.
Abstract: The aim of the research is to figure out the extent of Islamic education teachers, at the primary stage in Kuwait, practicing digital competencies, in the midst of the Corona pandemic. In order to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive survey methodology, and the questionnaire tool are used, they really consist of three main domains as follows: the competencies of producing and displaying digital knowledge, the competencies of using virtual classroom programs, the competencies of using the World Wide Web in the educational situation, and the study community is determined to be from all Islamic education teachers at primary schools in Jahra Educational Governorate in Kuwait. Their number was (811) teachers, whereas the study sample consisted of (273) teachers, and the results of the study showed that the practice of Islamic education teachers for digital competencies, in the midst of the Corona pandemic in Kuwait, came with an average degree, which reported an arithmetic average (3.24), besides the competencies of producing and displaying digital knowledge results are the highest achieved competencies, where it came with a large degree, with an arithmetic average (3.28), followed by the use of virtual classroom programs, which reported an average degree, that reported an arithmetic average (3.23). Finally, the competencies of using the World Wide Web in the educational situation, where it has reported an average degree and an arithmetic average of (2.20), the results also demonstrated that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of Islamic education teachers in Kuwait, practicing digital competencies in the midst of the Corona pandemic, due to the difference in scientific qualification, the experience years, and the number of digital training courses. While there were differences in the domains of the competencies of producing and displaying digital knowledge, due to the difference in the educational experience, concerning directing teachers who have experience from one to five years.
