هدف البحث: التعرُّف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بالمدينة المنورة لإدارة التميز وفق نموذج الأوروبي (EFQM) وسبل تطويرها، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات عينة البحث التي تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة البحث، وتمثل مجتمع البحث من (60) مديراَ ومديرة وهم جميع قادة المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بالمدينة المنورة ، بينما عينت البحث تمثلت (47) مدير ومديرة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (spss)
وأظهرت النتائج استجابة مديري المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بدرجة كبيرة تمثلت أكبر الجوانب متحققة في عبارة ممارسة قادة المدارس للغاية والرؤية والإستراتيجية بمتوسط حسابي (3.48) وعبارة ترتبط خطط المدرسة التشغيلية بخطط الاستراتيجية بمتوسط حسابي (3.62).
وأظهرت النتائج استجابة مديري المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بدرجة متوسطة تمثلت في العبارة يشارك مديري المدرسة في صياغة الرؤية والإستراتيجية في متوسط حسابي (3.30) والعبارة توفر المدرسة بيئة مشجعة على الإبداع والابتكار بمتوسط حسابي (3.38)
وبينت النتائج أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الأهلية بالمدينة المنورة لإدارة التميز وفق نموذج الأوروبي (EFQM) وسبل تطويرها بشكل عام ترجع لمتغيرات تبعا للجنس عند مستوى دلالة احصائي (0,05)
وأظهرت أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الثقافة المؤسسية والقيادية تبعا للمؤهلات العلمية عند مستوى دلالة احصائي
(0.05).
وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: توفير التجهيزات والأدوات اللازمة لتطبيق إدارة التميز وإجراء مقارنات مرجعية لتقييم جوانب أداء الأفراد العاملين بالمدارس الثانوية الأهلية بينما توصل إلى عدة مقترحات أهمها: اجراء دراسة حول متطلبات تطبيق معايير النموذج الأوروبي (EFQM) لإدارة التميز ومعوقات تطبيق إدارة التميز في المدارس الأهلية بالمدينة المنورة.
Abstract: The Title of the Research: The degree of practice of private secondary schools principals in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah of the Excellence Management according to the European model (EFQM) and the ways to develop it.
Research aim: To identify the degree of practice of private secondary schools' principals in Madinah of the Excellence Management according to the European model (EFQM) and ways to develop it, and then to show the statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample that are attributed to the differences in academic qualification and number of years of experience. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire as a research tool. The research community consisted of (60) male and female principals, who are all heads of the private secondary schools in Madinah, while the research group consisted of (47) male and female principals, and the data was analyzed using the statistical package for social studies (spss) program.
The results regarding the response of the employees of the private secondary schools were significant. This was much clear in the statement practice of the school heads for the purpose, vision and strategy with an average of (3.48) and the statement “the school’s operational plans are linked to the strategic plans” with an average (3.62).
The results showed the response of the employees of the private secondary schools in a medium degree represented by the statement “the school’s employees participate in formulating the vision and strategy” with an average of (3.30) and the statement “the school provides an environment that encourages creativity and innovation” with an average of (3.38).
The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the practice of principals of private secondary schools in Madinah to Excellence Management according to the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and ways to develop it in general due to variables according to gender at the level of statistical significance (0.05)
It showed that there are statistically significant differences in the institutional and leadership culture according to the academic qualifications at the level of statistical significance (0.05).
The research reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: providing the necessary equipment and tools for the application of excellence management and conducting benchmarks to evaluate aspects of the performance of individuals working in private secondary schools, while it reached several suggestions, the most important of which are: conducting a study on the requirements for applying the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for excellence management and the obstacles to applying excellence management in private schools in Medina.
