المستخلص: المستخلص: هذه الدراسة بعنوان: "الحركة النسوية في جزر المالديف - دراسة نقدية -" أجريت ياستخدام المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي والنقدي، ويهدف إلى وصف ونقد الحركة النسوية في جزر المالديف، وهي مقسمة إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة أبواب، وخاتمة. باب لبيان نشأة الحركة النسوية في جزر المالديف وتطورها والعوامل التي ساعدت في انتشارها ومصادرها الفكرية، وباب في اتجاهات الحركة النسوية ومجالاتها في جزر المالديف، وباب في شبهات حول المرأة في أصول الاعتقاد عند بعض دعاة الحركة النسوية في جزر المالديف وشبهات حول المرأة في الشريعة ونقدها، وباب في خطورة الحركة النسوية في جزر المالديف وسبل التصدي لها. اكتشفت هذه الدراسة بطلان شبهاتهم حول المرأة في أصول الاعتقاد وأوجه بطلان أقوالهم في عدد من الشبهات حول المرأة في الشريعة الإسلامية.
Abstract: Abstract: This research, “The Feminist Movement of Maldives - A Critical Study -” is an inductive, descriptive and critical study which aims to explain and critically analyze the Feminist Movement of Maldives. This study consists of Introduction, Preface, four Chapters and Conclusion. The four chapters consists of a chapter which deals with the emergence of the Feminist Movement of Maldives, its development, the factors that contributed to its advancement and its intellectual sources, a chapter which deals with different ideologies of Feminism and priority areas in Maldives, a chapter which critically analyzes doubts raised by Feminists in Maldives in relation to fundamental matters regarding women in Islamic Creed and doubts in relation to Sharia Laws regarding women, a chapter which discusses perils of the Feminist Movement in Maldives and how to deal with it. The study concluded that their doubts in relation to fundamental matters regarding women in Islamic Creed was invalid and their doubts in relation to Sharia Laws regarding women was invalid in many ways.
