موضوع الرسالة: حاشية قَرَه كمال، وهي حاشية على شرح صدر الشريعة الثاني على متن الوقاية لجده تاج الشريعة، بين المؤلف رحمه الله فيها المسائل والأقوال وما عليه الفتوى بنقل النصوص من كتب المذهب الحنفي.
منهج التحقيق: قد اعتمدت لتحقيق النص ثلاث نسخ خطية لهذا الكتاب: (1)- النسخة المحفوظة في مكتبة (داماد إبراهيم باشا) في تركيا رقم (516) وعدد اللوحة: 482، وقد جعلتها أصلا في التحقيق. (2)- النسخة المحفوظة في مكتبة (أسعد أفندي) في تركيا برقم (739) وعدد اللوحة: 584. (3)- النسخة المحفوظة في مكتبة (هافتان - Houghton) في جامعة هارفرد الأمريكية. وهي في خمسة مجلدات، مجموع اللوحة: 1450.
قمست الرسالة إلى مقدمة وقسمين. أولا: صدرت الكتاب بالمقدمة، ثم القسمين، بيانهما كالتالي:
القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة وفيه ثلاثة فصول: الفصل الأول: التعريف بالماتن (تاج الشريعة)، ومتنه (الوقاية). الفصل الثاني: التعريف بالشارح (صدر الشريعة الثاني)، وشرحه. الفصل الثالث: التعريف بصاحب الحاشية، وحاشيته. القسم الثاني: النص المحقق. ثم اختتمت الرسالة بالفهارس العلمية اللازمة.
Abstract: Title: Study and Analysis of the book "commentary of Qara Kamal on the explanation of Al -Wiqaya" by kamaludheen Al kirmani (920 H) from the the beginning of the chapter Al- radha'a (breastfeeding) till the end of the chapter Al 'itaq (emancipation).
Research topic:- Commentary of Qara Kamal, is an annotation on the explanation of sadr ash-shareea ath-thani(رحمه الله) upon the book 'Al wiqaya' of Taj Ash-shareea (His grandfather). Qara Kamal has explained the book which constitutes legal issues , statements, evidences, and the reliable verdict of the madhab by diligently citing quotations from hanafi jurisprudential books.
Research methodology:- the textual analysis was done by referring to three handwritten manuscripts of the book:-
1) copy number (516) from the Damad Ibrahim Pasha Library,turkey comprising 482 pages. This was considered as prime reference for the analysis.
2) copy number (739) from As'ad Efendi library,turkey comprising 584 pages.
3) The copy from Houghton Library at Harvard University, comprising 1450 pages in 5 volumes.
Research structure: the research consists of an introduction and two main sections.
The first section includes three chapters:
Chapter one: an introduction to the author (Taj Ash-shareea) and his book ( Al Wiqaya)
Chapter two: an introduction to the annotator (sadr Ash-shareea ath-thani) and his explanation.
Chapter three: an introduction to the author of the commentary ,Qara Kamal, and his book.
The second section contains the analysed text; and the research concludes with the necessary scholarly indices.
