Title Motives of Economic Decisions and Their Behavioral Effects - A Comparative Study between Islamic Economics and Capitalist Economics

المستخلص: تناول البحث موضوع (بواعث القرارات الاقتصادية وتأثيراتها السلوكية)، من خلال دراسة أنواع هذه البواعث ومنطلقاتها، وتوضيح أهم آثار البواعث على القرارات الاقتصادية، وما ينتج عن ذلك من مظاهر وسلوكيات اجتماعية. مع تقديم بعض المعالجات والمقترحات لصناعة وعي اقتصادي سليم في المجتمعات الإسلامية.
وقد جاء البحث في ستة فصول، فصل تمهيدي تضمن الإطار المفاهيمي لموضوع الدراسة. ثم الفصل الأول الذي تناول التعريف بالاقتصاد الرأسمالي وبواعث القرارات الاقتصادية فيه. ثم الفصل الثاني الذي درس بواعث القرارات الاقتصادية في الاقتصاد الإسلامي. ثم الفصل الثالث وتناول السلوك الاستهلاكي للمجتمع في الاقتصاد الإسلامي مقارنة بالاقتصاد الرأسمالي. ثم الفصل الرابع الذي تناول تأثير الرأسمالية على السلوك والوعي. فالفصل الخامس الذي تناول تأثر المجتمعات الإسلامية بالبواعث ذات الطبيعة الرأسمالية.
واستُخدم في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستقرائي.
وقد خلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها:
- أن دوافع المصلحة الذاتية وتعظيم المنافع هي الدوافع الأهم لتصرف الأفراد في الفكر الرأسمالي.
- أن بواعث القرار الاقتصادي في الاقتصاد الإسلامي أربعة في الجملة: الباعث الإيماني والباعث الأخلاقي، وباعث الاستخلاف وتعمير الأرض، وباعث تحقيق العيش الطيب.
- تؤثر الرأسمالية على الوعي والسلوك وهو ما ينعكس على نظرة الفرد لنفسه ولغيره، وعلى العلاقات الاجتماعية، وعلى طريقة التعامل مع البيئة والموارد.
- الرأسمالية تعارض الإسلام في أمور جوهرية قطعية لا تقبل المساومة، ومن ذلك: أنها قائمة على الربا الذي هو للرأسمالية كالروح للجسد. وأنها قائمة على أسس فكرية مادية تخالف الإسلام
ومن أهم المقترحات لمواجهة تأثير الرأسمالية في القرار الاقتصادي المجتمع المسلم: نشر التربية الإيمانية وترسيخ الأصول العقدية في المجتمع.
Abstract: The research deals with the topic of (the motives of economic decisions and their behavioral effects), by studying the types of these motives and their premises, and clarifying the most important effects of the motives on economic decisions, and the resulting social manifestations and behaviors. It also provides some remedies and proposals for creating a sound economic awareness in Islamic societies.
The research came in six chapters, including an introductory chapter that included the conceptual framework of the study topic. Then the first chapter dealt with the definition of the capitalist economy and the motives of economic decisions in it. The second chapter examined the motives of economic decisions in the Islamic economy. Then the third chapter dealt with the consumption behavior of society in the Islamic economy compared to the capitalist economy. The fourth chapter dealt with the impact of capitalism on behavior and consciousness. The fifth chapter dealt with the impact of capitalist motivations on Islamic societies.
The research used the descriptive, analytical and inductive approach.
The research concluded with several findings, the most important of which are:
- The motives of self-interest and benefit maximization are the most important motives for individuals' behavior in capitalism.
- The motives of economic decision-making in Islamic economics are four in total: The motives of faith and morality, the motives of creation and colonization of the earth, and the motives of achieving a good life.
- Capitalism affects consciousness and behavior, which is reflected in the individual's perception of himself and others, social relations, and the way he deals with the environment and resources.
- Capitalism opposes Islam in fundamental matters that are categorical and uncompromising, such as It is based on usury, which is to capitalism what the soul is to the body. It is based on materialistic intellectual foundations that are contrary to Islam
One of the most important proposals to counter the influence of capitalism on the economic decisions of the Muslim community is to spread faith-based education and solidify the doctrinal principles in the community.
