Title The Explanation of ʿImād Ạl Rĩḍā Bi Bayān Ạ̉dab Ạl̊ Qaḍā, called: Fat̊ḥ Ạl Rãủf Ạl̊ Qādir Li Hadẖā Ạl̊ʿĀjiz Ạl̊ Qāṣir by the scholar Zain al-Din Muhammad Abd al-Rauf bin Taj al-Arifin al-Munawi (d. 1031 AH), from the beginning of the author's statement: "A case: if his tongue precedes a divorce" to the end of the book, a study and investigation.

المستخلص: هذا مشروع بحثي لإكمال متطلبات الحصول على درجة العالمية (الماجستير) في قسم الدراسات القضائية بكلية الأنظمة والدراسات القضائية بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة. وهو عبارة عن جزء من مشروع علمي في تحقيق مخطوط في أدب القضاء بعنوان: شرح عماد الرضا ببيان أدب القضا المسمى: فتح الرؤوف القادر لهذا العاجز القاصر للعلامة زين الدين محمد عبد الرؤوف بن تاج العارفين المناوي (ت 1031هـ)، من بداية قول المؤلف: "مسألة: إذا سبق لسانه بطلاق" إلى نهاية الكتاب، دراسةً وتحقيقاً.
اعتمد الباحث في تحقيق هذا الكتاب على ثلاث نسخ خطية:
1. نسخة مكتبة الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وهي النسخة المعتمدة.
2. نسخة مكتبة الأزهر بمصر.
3. نسخة مكتبة الحرم المكي.
احتوى هذا المشروع البحثي على قسمين:
القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة، وفيه أربعة مباحث: التعريف بمؤلف كتاب عماد الرضا، والتعريف بكتاب عماد الرضا، والتعريف بمؤلف كتاب شرح عماد الرضا، والتعريف بكتاب شرح عماد الرضا.
القسم الثاني: قسم التحقيق، وفيه النص المحقق، وقد اشتمل على جزء من الفصل الرابع عشر: في أمور تتعلق بغرض الكتاب مرتبة على أبواب الفقه، من باب الطلاق إلى باب أمهات الأولاد، والفصل الخامس عشر: فوائد لا يستغنى عنها لكثرة وقوعها، والخاتمة.
نهج الباحث في تحقيق هذا الكتاب منهجاً علمياً معتمداً من عمادة الدراسات العليا.
Abstract: This is a research project to complete the requirements for obtaining a global degree (Master's) in the Department of Judicial Studies, College of Law and Judicial Studies, Islamic University of Madinah. It is part of a scientific project in a manuscript investigation of judiciary ethics entitled: The Explanation of ʿImād Ạl Rĩḍā Bi Bayān Ạ̉dab Ạl̊ Qaḍā, called: Fat̊ḥ Ạl Rãủf Ạl̊ Qādir Li Hadẖā Ạl̊ʿĀjiz Ạl̊ Qāṣir by the scholar Zain al-Din Muhammad Abd al-Rauf bin Taj al-Arifin al-Munawi (d. 1031 AH), from the beginning of the author's statement: "A case: if his tongue precedes a divorce" to the end of the book, a study and investigation.
In the investigation of this book, the researcher relied on three written copies:
1. A copy of the Islamic University of Madinah Library, which is the approved copy.
2. A copy of the Al-Azhar Library in Egypt.
3. A copy of the Holy Mosque of Mecca Library.
This research project consisted of two parts:
The first section: the study section contains four topics: introducing the author of the book ʿImād Ạl Rĩḍā, introducing the book ʿImād Ạl Rĩḍā, introducing the author of the book The Explanation of ʿImād Ạl Rĩḍā, and introducing the book The Explanation of ʿImād Ạl Rĩḍā.
The second section: the investigation section contains the verified text, and it includes a part of the fourteenth chapter: on matters related to the purpose of the book arranged on the chapters of jurisprudence, starting from the chapter on divorce to the chapter on mothers of children, and the fifteenth chapter: indispensable benefits due to their frequent occurrence, and the conclusion.
In the investigation of this book, the researcher used a scientific method approved by the Deanship of Graduate Studies.
