المستخلص: فهذا بحثٌ بعنوان: الكَفيل بمعَاني التَّنزيل للقَاضِي عِمادِ الدِّين الكنديّ، من بداية تفسير سُورة القَمر، إلى نهاية السورة، دراسةً وتحقيقًا، وهو رسالة ماجستير ضمن مجموعة رسائل في تحقيق الكتاب، وموضوع الكتاب هو: تفسير آيات القرآن الكريم، وبيان معانيها، وقد اشتمل أيضًا على كثير من العلوم، كالقراءات، واللغة، والنحو، والبلاغة، والعقيدة، والفقه، والأصول، وعلم الكلام، وغيرها، والكتاب في أصله حاشيةٌ على الكشّاف للزمخشري، وهو كتابٌ واسعٌ كبيرٌ.
وقد جعلتُ البحث قسمين، قسم الدراسة، وقسم النصِّ المحقّق، حيث احتوى قسم الدراسة على مقدمةٍ، وفيها: أهميةُ الموضوع، وأسبابُ اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطةُ البحث، ومنهجُ التحقيق، وترجمةٌ موجزة للزمخشري، وترجمةُ المؤلف، ودراسةُ الكتاب، ومنهجُ مؤلفه فيه، واحتوى قسم التحقيق على نصِّ كلام المؤلف، والتعليق عليه، ثم اختتمت الرسالة بفهارس علمية متنوعة، والمصادر والمراجع.
وقد اعتمدت في التحقيق على ثلاث نسخ خطية، وهي: نسخة بخط المــؤلف، وهي مصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية، في قسم: المـصورات الفلميّة، ومحفوظة برقم (2343)، ومقسمة إلى (23) مجلداً. ونسخة محفوظة بمتحف: طبوقبوسراي بإسطنبول، برقم (1/464)، في أربع مجلدات. ونسخة فيض الله، مكتبة فيض الله أفندي 9 (المورد 7/1-2(1978) 318)، وتقع في ثلاث مجلدات.
Abstract: Thesis title: study and edition of Al-kafeel bi ma'any at-tanzeel written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen Al-Kindi, Surat Al-Qamar.
Thesis components: the thesis comprises of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and indices as follows:
The introduction included the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review, research proposal and methodology.
♦ Section 1: The study and it includes three chapters as follows:
Chapter 1: Brief study of the book "AL-Kashaaf" by az-Zamakhshari in terms of the biography of the author and introduction of his book on Qur'anic exegesis.
Chapter 2: Brief study of the era of the author in terms of the political, social and scientific situation. And Brief study of the Biography of the author in terms of his name, lineage, birth, development, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological belief, his jurisprudential school of thought, academic status and commendation of learned scholars for him.
Chapter 3: study of the book in brief in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, and objections raised on the author and the book, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of them.
♦ Section 2: Verification of the text of the book: Surat Al-Qamar.
The thesis was concluded with a conclusion and various scientific indices.
I adopted three manuscripts in my investigation, they are: A copy with the author's handwriting, it is photocopied in Islamic University, in the section: Filmcopy, archived under the number (2343), and divided into (23) volumes. A copy is preserved in the Museum of Topukbusray in Istanbul, No. (1/464), in four volumes. The Faizullah’s copy, Faizullah Effendi Library 9 (Al-Mawrid 7/1-2 (1978) 318), is in three volumes.
