Title “Ḥāshiyah ‘Imād al-Riḍā bi Bayān Adab al-Qaḍā” (Footnotes on ‘Imād al-Riḍā on the Explanation of the Ethics of the Judiciary of Shaykh al-Islām Zakariyyah al-Anṣārī) by ‘Allaamah Sālim Bukayyir Bāgaythān, –may Allah have mercy on him- (d. 1384 AH), from the beginning of his words “Al-Faṣl al-Tāsi’: fī ta’ārud al-bayyinatayn al-qā’idah annahū in tamma murajjiḥun li aḥadihimā ‘umila bihī” till the end of the chapter on usury where he said: “Sawā’an kāna māla kullin minhumā am lā”- study and investigation.

فهذا البحث تحقيق ودراسة لكتاب «حاشية عماد الرضا ببيان آداب القضاء، لشيخ الإسلام زكريا الأنصاري» للعلامة سالم بن سعيد بن سالم بكير باغيثان -رحمه الله- (ت: 1386ه)، من بداية قوله: «الفصل التاسع: في تعارض البينتين القاعدة أنه إن تم مرجح لأحدهما عمل به» إلى نهاية باب الربا عند قوله: «سواء كان مال كل منهما بيده أم لا»، اعتمدت في تحقيقه على نسختين خطيتين.
النخسة الأولى: رمزها (أ)، عدد اللوحات: (45 لوحا، في كل لوح صحيفتان)، جهة الحفظ: مكتبة خاصة بالمؤلف في مدينة حضرموت باليمن.
النسخة الثانية: رمزها (ب)، عدد اللوحات:0 (118لوحا، في كل لوح صحيفتان)، جهة الحفظ: مكتبة خاصة بالمؤلف في مدينة حضرموت باليمن.
ويحتوي البحث على مقدمة، وقسمين رئيسين:
القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة، ويتضمن أربعة فصول: الفصل الأول: التعريف بمؤلف كتاب عماد الرضا، الفصل الثاني: والتعريف بكتاب عماد الرضا، الفصل الثالث: التعريف بمؤلف حاشية عماد الرضا، الفصل الرابع: التعريف بكتاب حاشية عماد الرضا.
القسم الثاني: النص المحقق: من الصل التاسع: في تعارض بين البيّنتين إلى باب الربا، ثم الخاتمة، والفهارس العلمية.
Abstract: Praise be to Allaah, the Lord of all creatures, peace and blessing upon the noblest of all Prophets and Messengers, our leader Muhammad, and upon his relatives and companions and whoever follows them upon goodness till the Day of Accountability.
This research is an investigation and a study of the book titled: “Ḥāshiyah ‘Imād al-Riḍā bi Bayān Adab al-Qaḍā” (Footnotes on ‘Imād al-Riḍā on the Explanation of the Ethics of the Judiciary of Shaykh al-Islām Zakariyyah al-Anṣārī) by ‘Allaamah Sālim Bukayyir Bāgaythān, –may Allah have mercy on him- (d. 1384 AH), from the beginning of his words “Al-Faṣl al-Tāsi’: fī ta’ārud al-bayyinatayn al-qā’idah annahū in tamma murajjiḥun li aḥadihimā ‘umila bihī” till the end of the chapter on usury where he said: “Sawā’an kāna māla kullin minhumā am lā”. The researcher relied in his investigation on two manuscripts:
The first manuscript: labelled (أ), with total number of (45 leaves, with each leave containing two pages), place of preservation: the private library of the author at Hadhramaut in Yemen.
The second manuscript: labelled (ب), with a total number of (118 leaves, with each leave containing two pages), place of preservation: the private library of the author in Hadhramaut in Yemen.
The research consists an introduction, and two major sections:
The first section: the study section, which contains four chapters: chapter one: on an introduction of the author of ‘Imād al-Riḍā, and chapter two: on the introduction of the book ‘Imād al-Riḍā, chapter three: on the introduction of the author of Ḥāshiyah ‘Imād al-Riḍā, chapter four: on the introduction of the book Ḥāshiyah ‘Imād al-Riḍā.
The second section: the investigation section: from the ninth chapter on: conflict between two evidences, till the chapter on usury, followed by the conclusion, then the scientific indexes. Then I concluded the book with sources and references and making technical indexes.
