هدفت الدراسة إلى: التعرف على درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية لمجال التخطيط والتنظيم ومعاييره؛ درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية لمجال البيئة التعليمية ومعاييره؛ درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية للشراكة المجتمعية ومعاييره من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمشرفات. كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة تطبيق مجالات ومعايير التميز المدرسي تعزى لمتغيرات البحث (الجنس، المؤهل، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في مجال التميز)
منهج الدراسة وإجراءاتها: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واتخذت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتكوَّن مجتمع الدِّراسة من جميع المشرفين والمشرفات التربويين في مدينة ينبع، والبالغ عددهم (١٥٠) مشرفاً ومشرفة خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة. ولمحدودية عدد مجتمع الدراسة، اتبعت الباحثة أسلوب الحصر، وبعد التطبيق الميداني حصلت الباحثة على (150) استجابة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي.
وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:
1. موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (عالية) على درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية في محافظة ينبع التعليمية لمجالات ومعايير جائزة التميز المدرسي الوزارية بمتوسط (4.08 من 5).
2. موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (عالية) على درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية لمجال التخطيط والتنظيم ومعاييره بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.00 من 5.00).
3. موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (عالية) على درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية لمجال البيئة التعليمية ومعاييره بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.14 من 5.00).
4. موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (عالية) على درجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية لمجال الشراكة المجتمعية ومعاييره بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.09 من 5.00).
5. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة باختلاف متغيري الجنس والمؤهل.
6. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح أفراد عينة الدراسة الذين سنوات خبراتهم 16 سنة فأكثر.
7. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير عدد الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل التي تخص التميز بالتعليم.
وقدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات، من أبرزها:
1. حث قادة المدارس الثانوية على الإشراف على تفعيل الأرشيف المدرسي الالكتروني بإتقان.
2. توجيه قادة المدارس الثانوية بالاهتمام بالإشراف على تنظيم الأرشيف المدرسي الورقي بعناية.
3. حث قادة المدارس الثانوية على دعم المتعلمين لإجراء البحوث والتجارب الفردية والجماعية.
4. توجيه قادة المدارس الثانوية بتحفيز منسوبيهم على تسجيل براءات الاختراع.
Abstract: Title of Thesis: The application degree of secondary school leaders in Yanbu Educational Governorate to the fields and criteria of the Ministerial School Excellence Award from the point of view of supervisors.
The study aimed at identifying the degree to which secondary school leaders apply the field of planning and organization and its standards; the degree of applying the educational environment and its standards; the degree of applying community partnership and its standards from the point of view of supervisors. It also aimed to reveal if there were statistically significant differences in the study samples' responses about the application degree of the fields and standards of school excellence due to the variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, and training courses in the field of excellence).
Study methodology and procedures: The researcher used the descriptive survey method and applied the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study community consisted of all the male and female educational supervisors (n=150) in Yanbu city. Due to the limited number of the study population, the researcher followed the inventory method, and after field application, the researcher obtained (150) valid responses for statistical analysis.
The study reached the following results:
1. The study sample’s agreement came to a (high) level on the application degree of secondary school leaders in the educational governorate of Yanbu to the fields and criteria of the Ministerial School Excellence Award with an average of (4.08 out of 5).
2. The study sample’s agreement came to a (high) level on the application degree of the secondary school leaders to the field of planning, organization, and its standards, with a mean of (4.00 out of 5.00).
3. The study sample’s agreement came to a (high) level on the application degree of secondary school leaders to the field of educational environment and its standards, with a mean of (4.14 out of 5.00).
4. The study sample’s agreement came to a (high) level on the application degree of secondary school leaders to the field of community partnership and its criteria, with an average of (4.09 out of 5.00).
5. There were no statistically significant differences in the study samples’ responses about the study axes according to the variables of gender and qualification.
6. There were statistically significant differences in the study samples’ responses according to the variable years of experience in favor of those whose years of experience are 16 years or more.
7. There were statistically significant differences in the study samples’ responses according to the variable number of training courses and workshops related to excellence in education.
The study made several recommendations, most notably:
1. Urging secondary school leaders to supervise the efficient activation of the electronic school archive.
2. Directing secondary school leaders to take care of carefully organizing paper school archives.
3. Urging secondary school leaders to support learners to conduct individual and group research and experiments.
4. Directing secondary school leaders to motivate their employees to register patents
