هدفت الدراسة إلى: التعرف على دور قيادات جامعة طيبة فرع ينبع في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طالباتها، وكذلك التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه قيادات جامعة طيبة فرع ينبع في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طالباتها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
منهج الدراسة وإجراءاتها: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واتخذت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتكوَّن مجتمع الدِّراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات مختلفة في جامعة طيبة فرع ينبع، والبالغ عددهم (٢٠٠) عضواً خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة. ولمحدودية عدد مجتمع الدراسة، اتبعت الباحثة أسلوب الحصر، وبعد التطبيق الميداني حصلت الباحثة على (١٣٠) استجابة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي.
وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:
1- موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (عالية) على دور قيادات جامعة طيبة في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طالباتها في فرع ينبع بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.44 من 5.00).
2- موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة (متوسطة) على التحديات التي تواجه قيادات جامعة طيبة في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طالباتها في فرع ينبع بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.29 من 5.00).
وقدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات، من أبرزها:
1- فتح وحدة للتوعية الفكرية في فرع الجامعة في ينبع.
2- العمل على توفير التجهيزات المادية والبشرية لدعم الأمن الفكري في جامعة طيبة.
3- الاهتمام بتعزيز تفاعل أولياء الأمور مع موضوعات وأنشطة الأمن الفكري في جامعة طيبة.
4- العمل على تضمين البرامج التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس جوانب الأمن الفكري وتعزيزه.
5- العمل على تعزيز دور الأنشطة الطلابية في جامعة طيبة في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطالبات.
Abstract: Title of Thesis: The role of the leaders of Taibah University, Yanbu branch, in enhancing the intellectual security of its students from the perspective of the faculty members.
University: The Islamic University of Madinah.
College: College of Dawah and Fundamentals of Religion.
Degree: Master Academic Year: 1443H-2022
The study aimed at: densifying the role of the leaders of Taibah University, Yanbu branch, in enhancing the intellectual security of its students, as well as identifying the challenges facing the leaders of Taibah University, Yanbu branch, in enhancing the intellectual security of its students from the perspective of the faculty members.
Study methodology and procedures: the researcher used the descriptive survey method and applied the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study population consisted of faculty members (n=200) from different faculties at Taibah University, Yanbu branch, during the period of conducting the study. Due to the limited number of the study population, the researcher followed the inventory method, and after field application, the researcher obtained (130) valid responses for statistical analysis.
The study reached the following results:
1- The study sample’s agreement came to an (high) level on the role of Taibah University leaders in enhancing the intellectual security of its students in the Yanbu branch, with an average mean of (3.44 out of 5.00).
2- The study sample’s agreement came to an (medium) level on the challenges facing the leaders of Taibah University in enhancing the intellectual security of its students in the Yanbu branch, with an average of (3.29 out of 5.00).
The study made several recommendations, most notably:
1- Establishing an intellectual awareness unit at the university branch in Yanbu.
2- Working on providing material and human equipment to support intellectual security at Taibah University.
3- Paying more attention in enhancing the interaction of parents with the topics and activities of intellectual security at Taibah University.
4- Working to include and enhance intellectual security aspects in the training programs for faculty members.
5- Strengthening the role of student activities at Taibah University in enhancing the intellectual security of female students.
