المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد الكفايات التقنية اللازمة لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقة الحدود الشمالية في ضوء مستحدثات عصر التحول الرقمي، وتحديد مدى درجة امتلاكها، والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الكفايات التقنية بين معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس ذوي صعوبات التعلم تبعاً (للمؤهل الدراسي، والنوع، والخبرة التدريسية). وتكونت عينة البحث من (72) معلماً ومعلمة بمنطقة الحدود الشمالية. ولتحقيق هدف البحث، قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لتحديد الكفايات التقنية وقد بلغ عددها (49) كفاية، كما تم إعداد استبانة لتحديد درجة امتلاكــــــها وقد تم تطبيقــها على مجموعة البحث خلال العام الدراسي 1443ه/ 2022م، واستخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية التالية لرصد النتائج ومعالجتها: (مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي (المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية)، معامل الثبات (ألفا كرونباخ)، اختبار(ت)، تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه، اختبار ليفين، اختباري (كولومجروف-سيمرنوف وشابيرو-ويلك)، اختبار شيفيه)، وقد أسفر ذلك عن النتائج الآتية: مستوى الكفايات التقنية ككل لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس ذوي صعوبات التعلم كان (متوسطاً)، ويمتلك معلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس ذوي صعوبات التعلم الكفايات التقنية الأدائية بدرجة (متوسطة) وهي أقل الكفايات امتلاكاً، وارتفاع متوسط درجات الحاصل على الماجستير في الكفايات التقنية المعرفية والأدائية مقارنة بمتوسط درجات الحاصلين على البكالوريوس، وتفوق المعلمات (الإناث) على المعلمين (الذكور) في مستوى الكفايات التقنية المعرفية والأدائية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة بين مجموعة البحث في مستوى الكفايات التقنية وفقاً لسنوات الخبرة لصالح الأقل خبرة.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحث بعقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدارس ذوي صعوبات التعلم لتدريبهم على كيفية توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في تعليم ذوي صعوبات التعلم بالمراحل التعليمية المختلفة، وتضمين قائمة الكفايات التقنية في برامج إعداد معلمي التربية الخاصة بالجامعات السعودية.

Abstract: The current research aimed to determine the technical competencies needed for special education teachers in schools with learning disabilities in the primary stage in the northern border region in the light of the innovations of the digital transformation era. It was also required to determine the extent of their possession, and to reveal the differences in the level of technical competencies between special education teachers in schools with learning disabilities according to their qualification education, gender, and teaching experience. The research sample consisted of (72) male and female teachers in the northern border region. To achieve the previously mentioned aim, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to determine the technical competencies. the number of phrases reached (49), and also a questionnaire was prepared to determine the degree of its possession. These instruments were applied to the research group during the academic year 1443 / 2022. The researcher used the following statistical methods to monitor and process the results: (Descriptive Statistics (Arithmetic mean and standard deviation), Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient, T- Test, One-Way ANOVA ("analysis of variance"), Levene's Test, Tests (Kolmogorov Smirnov(KS Test) and Shapiro-Wilk Test), Scheffe' Test), and indicated that: The level of technical competencies as a whole for special education teachers in schools with learning difficulties was (medium). Teachers of special education in schools with learning difficulties possess technical performance competencies at a (medium) degree, which is the least of the competencies they possess. The average degree of master's degree holder in technical, cognitive and performance competencies is higher than the average degree of bachelor's degree holders. Females Teachers outperform males Teachers in the level of technical, cognitive and performance competencies. There are significant differences between the research group in the level of technical competencies according to years of experience in favor of the least experienced.
In light of the current research results, the researcher recommends the following: Holding training courses for special education teachers in schools with learning disabilities to train them employ technological innovations in teaching people with learning disabilities in different educational stages, including a list of technical competencies in the programs for preparing special education teachers in universities.
