المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف اتجاهات معلمات الرياضيات نحو التعليم عن بعد خلال جائحة كورونا وعلاقتها بأدائهن التدريسي بدولة الكويت، واتبعت المنهج المسحي الوصفي، وطبقت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) معلمة من معلمات الرياضيات في دولة الكويت، وأظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات معلمات الرياضيات نحو التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي 3,82، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات معلمات الرياضيات تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية بدرجة متوسطة، كما وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات الرياضيات جاء بدرجة متوسطة، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وبينت النتائج أيضاً وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين اتجاهات معلمات الرياضيات وأدائهن التدريسي، وجاءت أبرز توصيات الدراسة بضرورة العمل على إعداد وتدريب المعلمات قبل وأثناء الخدمة على استخدام التقنيات والتطبيقات الإلكترونية الحديثة وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالتطبيقات الخاصة بتعليم الرياضيات، وتدريبهن على تصميم الدروس الإلكترونية.
Abstract: The study aimed to identify the attitudes of mathematics teachers towards distance education during the Corona pandemic and its relationship to their teaching performance in Kuwait, this study followed the descriptive survey method, and applied the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The study sample consisted of 250 female mathematics teachers in Kuwait. The results showed that the attitudes of mathematics teachers towards distance education in light of the Corona pandemic were moderate. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the attitudes of mathematics teachers due to the variable of academic qualification, years of experience and number of training courses, with a medium degree. The results also showed that the level of teaching performance of mathematics teachers came to a medium degree, and there were statistically significant differences due to the educational qualification variable.
