هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور قادة المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر القادة والمعلمين والمعوقات التي تواجهها من وجهة نظر القادة ومقترحات تفعيلها من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (332) معلماً، كما تم إجراء مقابلات مع عينة قصدية قوامها (6) قادة و(6) معلمين، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية، من أهمها: المتوسطات الحسابية، واختبار كروسكال واليس (Krukal-Wallis H).
وأظهرت النتائج تحقق دور قادة المدارس في تعزيز المواطنة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة من وجهة نظر المعلمين بدرجة متوسطة (3.38)، وتمثلت أكبر الجوانب التي تحقق فيها دور قادة المدارس في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الطلاب في تنمية الاعتزاز والفخر بالهوية الوطنية، وبينما تمثل أقلها في تنمية قادة المدارس لدى الطلاب الإحساس بمشكلات المجتمع والمساهمة في حلها، وتمثلت أكبر معوقات تعزيز المواطنة لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس في ضعف التعاون بين قادة المدارس ومؤسسات المجتمع في الجهود المعززة لتعزيز المواطنة لدى الطلاب، وضعف مشاركة أولياء الأمور في الأنشطة المعززة للمواطنة التي تقيمها المدرسة، وتمثلت أكبر مقترحات تعزيز المواطنة لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر المعلمين في تدريب المعلمين على آليات تنفيذ الأنشطة التي تعزز المواطنة لدى الطلاب، وزيادة التعاون بين قادة المدارس ومؤسسات المجتمع لرعاية الأنشطة التي تعزز المواطنة لدى الطلاب، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط رتب تقديرات عينة المعلمين حول دور قادة المدارس الثانوية في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة.
Abstract: Study title: The role of secondary school leaders in Madinah in promoting citizenship among students from the point of view of leaders and teachers.
The study aimed to reveal the role of secondary school leaders in Madinah in promoting citizenship among students from the point of view of leaders and teachers, the obstacles they face from the leaders’ point of view, and proposals to activate them from the teachers’ point of view. (332) teachers, and interviews were conducted with an intentional sample of (6) leaders and (6) teachers, and the data were analyzed using a number of statistical methods, the most important of which are: arithmetic averages, and Krukal-Wallis test (Krukal-Wallis H).
The results showed that the role of school leaders in enhancing citizenship among secondary school students in Madinah from the teachers’ point of view was achieved to a medium degree(3.38). Students have a sense of the community’s problems and contribute to solving them. The biggest obstacles to promoting citizenship among students from the school leaders’ point of view were the weakness of cooperation between school leaders and community institutions in the enhanced efforts to enhance citizenship among students. The weak participation of parents in the activities that enhance citizenship held by the school, and the biggest proposals to enhance citizenship among students from the teachers’ point of view were to train teachers on the mechanisms for implementing activities that enhance citizenship among students, and increase cooperation between school leaders and community institutions to sponsor activities that enhance citizenship among students. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the teachers’ sample estimates about the role of secondary school leaders in promoting citizenship among students from the teachers’ point of view due to the difference in academic qualifications and the number of years of experience.
