موضوع البحث: تناول الباحث في مقدِّمته أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، وتساؤلاته، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، والجديد فيه، كما قسَّمه إلى مقدِّمة وتمهيد وخمسة فصول، بحيث تناول في التمهيد مفهوم السخرية والمفاهيم ذات الصلة مثل: اللعب والاستهزاء والمزاح والاستخفاف، ودلالات السخرية في القرآن الكريم. وفي الفصل الأول تناول دوافع السخرية الذاتية والخارجية، وحكم السخرية في الشريعة الإسلامية. وفي الفصل الثاني تناول مظاهر السخرية بالدين وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة. وفي الفصل الثالث تناول وسائل السخرية بالدين، وفي الفصل الرابع تناول آثار السخرية على الفرد والمجتمع، وفي الفصل الخامس تناول الطرق الدعوية في علاج أسلوب السخرية من الدين.
أبرز النتائج:
أهمية نشر العقيدة الصحيحة، والدعوة إلى الله بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، والجدال بالتي هي أحسن، والحذر من العقائد والملل والنحل الفاسدة، والتعصُّب المذموم.
أهمية تعزيز تعظيم الله تعالى في النفوس، وتعظيم رسوله ، وتعظيم الإسلام شريعة ومنهجا، والحذر من السخرية والاستهزاء بالشعائر الإسلامية، وذلك لما يترتَّب على ذلك من آثام في الدنيا والآخرة.
أبرز التوصيات:
ضرورة تعميق الكتابة عن المذاهب الفكرية وانتشارها في العالم الإسلامي؛ خصوصا الاتجاه العلماني والليبرالي، والذين يسخرون من الدين بحجَّة حرِّية الرأي والتعبير.
Abstract: Research title: "The Style of Mocking Religion and its Contemporary Applications in the Light of the Qur’an and Sunnah, a descriptive study".
Research Methodology: the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method.
Research topic: in the introduction, the researcher dealt with the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, questions, its limitations, previous studies, and the new thing in it. He divided it into an introduction, a preamble and five chapters. In the introduction, he dealt with the concept of "mocking" and other related concepts, such as "playing", "mockery", "joking" and "disregard" as well as mocking in the Holy Qur'an. In the first chapter, he discussed the motives of self and external mocking, and its rule in Islamic law. In the second chapter, he dealt with the manifestations of mocking in religion and its contemporary applications. In the third chapter, he dealt with the means of mocking of religion. The fourth chapter dealt with the effects of mocking on the individual and society. In the fifth chapter, he dealt with the advocacy methods for overcoming the method of mocking of religion.
The most important results of the research were: the importance of spreading the correct belief, calling to Allah with wisdom good exhortation and arguing with what is best, and being wary of beliefs, boredom, corrupt groups and blameworthy fanaticism. The study also emphasized the importance of strengthening the glorification of Allah Almighty in the souls, glorifying His Messenger (peace be upon him), glorifying Islam as a law and a method, and beware of ridicule and mockery of Islamic rituals, because of the sins such things entail in this world and the hereafter.
The most prominent recommendations were: the necessity of deepening the writing on ideological doctrines and their spread in the Islamic world, especially the secular and liberal trends, which mock religion under the pretext of freedom of opinion and expression.
