أهداف البحث: يستهدف البحث إلى إبراز القيم الإسلامية من كتاب (بهجة المَجالس وأُنس المُجالِس وشحذ الذاهِن والهاجس).
منهج البحث: دراسة وصفية تحليلية.
فصول الدراسة: احتوت الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة فصول، وهي كما يلي: الفصل الأول: القيم التعبدية في كتاب بهجة المجالس. الفصل الثاني: القيم الخلقية في كتاب بهجة المجالس. الفصل الثالث: القيم الحضارية في كتاب بهجة المجالس. الفصل الرابع: القيم النفسية والبدنية في كتاب بهجة المجالس. الفصل الخامس: القيم الاجتماعية في كتاب بهجة المجالس. والخاتمة وتحتوي على أهم النتائج والتوصيات ثم الفهارس العلمية.
ومن أهم نتائج البحث:
1- أن كتاب "بهجة المجالس وأنس المجالس" زاخر بجملة من القيم (التعبدية، والأخلاقية، والحضارية، والنفسية، والبدنية، والاجتماعية).
2- أن الإمام ابن عبد البر-رحمه الله- كان يورد القيمة ويدرسها من جميع حيثياتها وجوانبها ليستفيد القارئ وليتصور القيمة تصوراً صحيحاً.
3- أن الإمام ابن عبد البر كان يهتم بإيراد الأحاديث والآثار الصحيحة وقد يستأنس بالضعيفة مما لا يدخل في أبواب الأحكام وإنما يدخل في أبواب الفضائل والآداب.
Abstract: Research Title: Islamic values in the book (Bahjat al-majālis wʼuns al-mujālis washaḥdh al-dhāhin wāl-hājs) by Imam Al-Hafiz Ibn Abdul-Barr, may Allah have mercy on him (d. 463 AH).
Research Objectives: The research aims to highlight the Islamic values from the book (Bahjat al-majālis wʼuns al-mujālis washaḥdh al-dhāhin wāl-hājs).
Research Questions: The research attempts to answer the main question: What are the Islamic values in the book Bahjat al-majālis wʼuns al-mujālis? And a number of questions arise from it.
Research Methodology: An analytical descriptive study.
Chapters of the study: The study included an introduction, a preface and five chapters, which are as follows: Chapter One: Devotional values in the book Bahjat Al-Majalis. The second chapter: Moral values in the book Bahjat Al-Majalis. Chapter Three: Civilizational Values in the book Bahjat Al-Majalis. Chapter Four: Psychological and Physical Values in the book Bahjat Al-Majalis. Chapter Five: Social values in the book Bahjat Al-Majalis. And the conclusion, it contains the most important results and recommendations, then scientific indexes.
Among the most important research results:
1- The book “Bahjat al-majālis wʼuns al-mujālis” is abounding with a number of values (devotional, ethical, civilized, psychological, physical, and social).
2- That Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr - may Allah have mercy on him - used to mention the value and study it from all its merits and aspects in order for the reader to benefit and to correctly envisage the value.
3- That Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr was interested in narrating authentic hadiths and sayings of the predecessors, and he could sometimes make value with weak ones, which do not fall under the chapters of rulings, but fall under the chapters of virtues and etiquette.
