دور المؤسسات الخيرية في التنمية المستدامة في إندونيسيا – دراسة تطبيقية على مؤسسة "دومبيت ضعغاء" الخيرية الفترة 2015-2020م

المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث موضوع دور المؤسسات الخيرية في التنمية المستدامة في إندونيسيا، دراسة تطبيقية على مؤسسة دومبيت ضعفاء الخيرية خلال الفترة (2015-2020). وقد هدف إلى إبراز العلاقة بين المؤسسات الخيرية، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وكذلك الوقوف على برامج مؤسسة دومبيت ضعفاء الخيرية، وبيان مساهمتها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في إندونيسيا، كما هدف إلى تحديد المعوقات التي تمنع المؤسسة من المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ، وكذلك ذكر الوسائل التي تساعدها على المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، مستعينا بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدما أداتي المقابلة الشخصية والاستبانة، كما تم الاعتماد على البيانات المنشورة المتاحة على الموقع الرسمي لهيئة الإحصاء، وكذلك التقارير السنوية الصادرة من مؤسسة دومبيت ضعفاء الخيرية.
هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أنّ لمؤسسة دومبيت ضعفاء الخيري دوراً بارزاً في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في إندونيسيا، وأنها تساهم في التخفيف من حدة الفقر وتوفير فرص عمل، كما أنها تواجه عدد من المعوقات أهمها قلة التوعية والتثقيف لدى المجتمع حول أهمية الزكاة والوقف والعمل الخيري، كما أن هناك وسائل مقترحة تساعد عمل المؤسسة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة أهمّها: إعداد برامج إعلامية توعوية تبين أهمية العمل الخيري، وتشجيع الباحثين لإجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية حول العمل الخيري.
كما خلص البحث إلى العديد من التوصيات منها ضرورة قيام الحكومة بوضع القوانين والاجراءات المعزِّزة لدور المؤسسات الخيرية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، إضافة إلى التأكد من قيام المؤسسات الخيرية وكذلك الجهات الأخرى بتثقيف المجتمع حول أهمية الزكاة والوقف والعمل الخير، وضرورة اهتمام أصحاب رؤوس الأموال بوقف أموالهم في مجال الأوقاف الاستثمارية.
Abstract: This study dealt with the topic of the role of charitable foundations in sustainable development in Indonesia, "Dompet Dhuafa Foundation" as a case study (2015–2020). This study comprises an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. This study aims to highlight the relationship between charitable foundations and achieving sustainable development, and also to learn about the projects of the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation and their contribution to Indonesia's sustainable development goals (SDGs). Additionally, it aims to identify the challenges that prevent the Foundation from contributing to the achievement of the SDGs, as well as the means that assist it in contributing to the achievement of the SDGs, by employing the descriptive analytical method, using the personal interview and questionnaire tools, and relying on published data available on the Statistics Authority's official website, as well as the Foundation's annual report.
This study concludes with some important results, among which are that Dompet Dhuafa plays a significant role in Indonesia's achievement of SDGs and also contributes to poverty alleviation and job creation. It also faces a number of challenges, the most important of which is society's lack of knowledge and instruction about the significance of zakat, endowment, and philanthropic activities. There are also suggested methods for supporting the Foundation's work in achieving SDGs, the most important of which are: developing awareness media programs that demonstrate the importance of charitable work and encouraging researchers to conduct more studies and scientific research on charitable work.
The study also offered some recommendations, such as the necessity for the government to create policies that strengthen the contribution of charitable organizations to the achievement of sustainable development goals, the necessity for charitable organizations and other groups to educate the public about the significance of zakat, endowment, and charitable work, and the necessity for capital owners to endow their funds in the area of investment endowments..
