المستخلص: عُنْوانُ الرِّسالة: "الكَفيل بمعَاني التَّنزيل" للقَاضِي عِمادِ الدِّين الكِنْدِيّ، دراسة وتحقيق، من بداية الآية (٤٨) من سورة (المائدة)، إلى نهاية الآية (١٠٢) من السورة نفسها. مُكَوِّناتُ الرِّسالة: تحتوي الرِّسالة على مقدِّمة، وقسميْن، وخاتمة، وفهارس. الْمقدّمة وفيها: القِيمة العِلْمِيَّة للموضوع، أسباب اختياره، الدِّراسات السَّابقة، خُطَّة البحث، ومنهج التحقيق. القسم الأوَّل: قسم الدِّراسة، وفيه ثلاثة فصول: - الفصل الأوَّل: يحتوي على دراسة موجَزة لكتاب "الكشَّاف" للزَّمخْشَريّ؛ مِن حيث التَّعريف به، وبـ "تفسيرِه"، والحواشي عليه. - الفصل الثَّاني: وفيهِ التَّعريف بالْمـُـؤلِّف تعريفاً موجَزاً، من حيث اسمه، ونسَبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وحياته العِلْمِيَّة، ومؤلَّفاته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، ودراسة موجزة لعصره، ثم بيان لعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهيّ، ومكانته العِلْمِيَّة، وثناء العُلَمَاء عليه. - الفصل الثالث: وفِيه دِراسة موجَزة للكِتاب مِن حيث تحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نِسبتِه لِمُؤلِّفه، وموضوعه، وموارده، ومنهج الْمـُـؤلِّف فيه، وقيمته العِلْمِيَّة، ووصْف النُّسَخ الخطِّيَّة الْمعتمَدة ونماذج منها. القِسْم الثَّاني: تحقيق نَصِّ الكتاب: مِن بداية الآية (٤٨) من سورة (المائدة)، إلى نهاية الآية (١٠٢) مِن السُّورة نفسها. الهدف: والهدف هو تحقيق حاشية الكفيل للكندي على تفسير الكشاف للزمخشري. واختُتِمَت الرِّسالة بخاتمة، ثم فهارس علْميّة متنوِّعة. والحمْد لله ربِّ العالمين، وصلَّى اللهُ وسلَّمَ وبارَك على نبيِّنا مُحمَّد وعلى آلِه وصحْبه أجمعين. وقد اعتمدت في التحقيق على ثلاث نسخ خطية، وهي: نسخة بخط المــؤلف، وهي مصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية، في قسم: المـصورات الفلميّة، ومحفوظة برقم (2343)، ومقسمة إلى (23) مجلداً. ونسخة محفوظة بمتحف: "طبوقبوسراي" بإسطنبول، برقم (1/464)، في أربعة مجلدات. ونسخة فيض الله، مكتبة فيض الله أفندي 9 (المورد 7/1-2(1978) 318)، وتقع في ثلاثة مجلدات.

Abstract: Thesis title: "Al-Kafeel bi Ma'ani At-tanzeel" written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen alkindi From the beginning of Verse (48) of Surah Al-Mā'idah to the end of verse (102) of the Surah itself. Thesis components: the thesis comprises of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and indices as follows: The introduction included the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review, research proposal and methodology. Section 1: The study and it includes four chapters as follows: Chapter 1: Brief study of the book "AL-Kas-shaf" by az-Zamakhshari in terms of the biography of the author and introduction of his book on Qur'anic exegesis. Chapter 2:Biiography of the author in brief in terms of his name, lineage, birth, development, academic life, books, teachers, students, brief study of the era of the author in terms of the political, social and scientific situation, theological belief, his jurisprudential school of thought, academic status and commendation of learned scholars for him. Chapter 3: study of the book in brief in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, and objections raised on the author and the book, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of them. Section 2 : Edition of the text from commentary of verse (48) in surah Al-Mā'idah to the end of verse (102) of the Surah itself. The thesis was concluded with a conclusion and various scientific indices. All praise is due and belongs to Allaah, Lord and Cherisher of the worlds. May the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon our prophet, Muhammad, his family and sulje companions in entirety. ‎. ‏I relied on the copy of three handwritten scripts, a copy of the author's handwriting, which is photographed at the Islamic University in the Department of Filmmaking, preserved with No. 2343 and divided into 23 volumes. The second copy is preserved in the Tabukbosrai Museum in Istanbul with No (1/464) and is divided into four volumes. The third copy is from Faizullah which can be found in” Faizullah Effendi 9 library” (resource 7), and is made up of three volumes in entirety
