المستخلص: تناول البحث الأساليب القيادية في إدارة الأزمات المستنبطة من غزوة مؤتة وتطبيقاتها التربوية المعاصرة، وهدف البحث إلى استنباط أبرز تلك الأساليب القيادية والعوامل في إدارة الأزمات المستنبطة من غزوة مؤتة، والتعرف على التطبيقات التربوية المعاصرة لها.
وتتمثل الأهمية العلمية لهذا البحث في كون المنهج النبوي يجمع بين القيم العالية والإدارة الفعالة، وكذلك كون مصادر التشريع قادرة على التغيير والإصلاح وإدارة الأزمات المختلفة في مختلف الأزمان، وأما الأهمية التطبيقية فتتمثل في إيجاد أفضل الأساليب القيادية لإدارة الأزمات وتطبيقها على المؤسسات التربوية المعاصرة، وإيجاد مصادر علمية يمكن أن يُرجع إليها لحل مختلف الأزمات بشكل عام، وأزمات الإدارة التربوية بشكل خاص.
وتكمن مشكلة البحث في أن الدراسات التي تناولت إدارة الأزمات في الحضارة الإسلامية بشكل عام والسيرة النبوية بشكل خاص قليلة جداً وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالإدارة التربوية بالرغم من تعدد الأبحاث والدراسات التي تناولت موضوع إدارة الأزمات، مما جعل المكتبة الإسلامية فقيرة بالمراجع والدراسات التي تناولت هذا الموضوع.
وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستنباطي ويقصد به "الاستنتاج الاجتهادي، والتجديد العلمي"، وهو أحد أنواع المنهج التحليلي.
وتوصل الباحث إلى وجود أساليب قيادية وعوامل في إدارة الأزمات مستنبطة من أحداث غزوة مؤتة مع إمكانية تطبيقها على الأزمات المعاصرة التي تتعرض لها المؤسسات التربوية.
Abstract: The research discussed the leadership techniques of crisis management which are taken from The Battle of Mu'tah and its contemporary educational applications. The aim of the research was to identify the most prominent methods of leadership, factors of crisis management and contemporary educational applications derived from The Battle of Mu'tah.
The significance of this research derives from the fact that the prophetic approach combines high values and effective management as well as the fact that the sources of legislation are able to change, reform and manage different crises at different times, however, the practical importance is to find the best leadership methods for crisis management and applications to contemporary educational institutions as well as finding scientific resources that could be used to resolve various crises in general and educational management in particular
The problem of the research could be shown as the studies conducted on crisis management in Islamic civilization in general and the Prophet's biography in particular are very few, especially with regard to educational administration, despite the numerous research and studies conducted on crisis management, which resulted in lack of the Islamic Library of references and studies related to this topic.
The researcher used the deductive approach, which means "self-conclusion and scientific innovation", which is one type of analytical approach.
The researcher found that there are leadership methods and factors in crisis management that are derived from incidents of The Battle of Mu'tah and can be applied to contemporary crises in educational institutions
