Title Collaborative Leadership in Medina’s Secondary Schools and its Relationship to the Educational Attainment

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين القيادة التشاركية والتحصيل الدراسي بالمدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة، والتعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية بالمدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من (377) معلما، وقد استخدام الباحث برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها:
1. أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة للقيادة التشاركية في محور المشاركة جاءت بدرجة عالية.
2. أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة للقيادة التشاركية في محور تفويض الصلاحيات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة.
3. أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة للقيادة التشاركية في محور العلاقات الإنسانية بعد العلاقات الإنسانية مع العاملين بالمدرسة جاءت بدرجة عالية.
4. أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة للقيادة التشاركية في محور العلاقات الإنسانية بعد العلاقات الإنسانية مع أولياء الأمور والطلاب جاءت بدرجة عالية.
5. توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين القيادة التشاركية وتحصيل الطلاب بالمدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة ذات التحصيل الدراسي المرتفع في جميع محاور القيادة التشاركية.
6. لا توجد علاقة بين القيادة التشاركية وتحصيل الطلاب بالمدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة ذات التحصيل الدراسي المنخفض.
7. لا توجد علاقة بين القيادة التشاركية وتحصيل الطلاب بالمدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة بشكل عام.
Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the relationship between collaborative leadership and educational attainment in Medina’s secondary schools and identifying the extent to which collaborative leadership is practiced in Medina’s secondary schools. The researcher used the descriptive linkage approach to achieve the objectives of the study as well as the questionnaire as the study’s tool. The study sample consisted of (377) teachers. The researcher also used the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program, and reached several results, the most notable of which are:
1. The extent to which collaborative leadership is practiced by secondary school principals in Medina in the leadership axis was high.
2. The extent to which collaborative leadership is practiced by secondary school principals in Medina in the delegation of powers axis was moderate.
3. The extent to which collaborative leadership is practiced by secondary school principals in Medina in human relations, after human relations with the school staff, was high.
4. The extent to which collaborative leadership is practiced by secondary school principals in Medina in human relations, after human relations with the parents and students, was high.
5. There is a moderate direct relationship between collaborative leadership and the educational attainment of students of Medina’s secondary schools with high educational attainment in all axes of collaborative leadership.
6. There is no relationship between collaborative leadership and the educational attainment of students of Medina’s secondary schools with low academic attainment.
7. There is no relationship between collaborative leadership and the educational attainment of students of Medina’s secondary schools in general.
