هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية الإسلامية ببوبو جولاسو بوركينا فاسو وعلاقته بأداء المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة كأداة جمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمي مدارس الابتدائية الإسلامية ببوبو جولاسو والبالغ عددهم (160) معلما، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS توصّل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية الإسلامية ببوبو جولاسو بوركينا فاسو من وجهة نظرهم كانت متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام للرضا الوظيفي (3.05)، وانحراف معياري (0.68)، كما أن مستوى أداء المعلمين بالمدارس الابتدائية الإسلامية ببوبو جولاسو بوركينا فاسو كان بدرجة كبيرة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.70) وانحراف معياري (0.70)، وكشف البحث عن عدم وجود أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، في حين كشفت عن وجود علاقة إيجابية ضعيفة بين رضا المعلمين عن الحوافر ومستوى أدائهم، وكذلك وجود علاقة متوسطة بين رضا المعلمين عن بيئتهم ومستوى أدائهم.
وفي ضوء تلك النتائج فقد أوصى الباحث باهتمام بالحوافز المادّية والمعنوية للمعلمين، والعمل على إيجاد موارد مالية الثابتة للمدارس الإسلامية ورفع رواتب المعلمين بما يتناسب مع مؤهلاتهم العلمية، كما يوصي بالاهتمام بتحسين البيئة المدرسية وظروف عمل المعلّمين وتقديم الدّعم اللاّزم لهم.
Abstract: Research Subject: The level of job satisfaction among teachers of Islamic primary schools in Bobo - Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, and its relationship to the performance of teachers from their point of view.
The research aimed to know the level of job satisfaction of teachers of Islamic primary schools in Bobo - Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, and its relationship to the performance of teachers from their point of view, the researcher used a descriptive correlative approach, and a questionnaire as a data collection tool, the research community consisted of a total of (160) teachers of Islamic primary schools in Bobo - Dioulasso.
The most important findings:
The teachers’ satisfaction with their school environment ranked first with an arithmetic mean of (3.07) a standard deviation of (0.59), the highest expressions in this axis were the phrase (students respect the teacher inside and outside the school) with an arithmetic mean of (3.56) and a standard deviation of (0.87). The teachers’ satisfaction with the incentives offered to them ranked in the second place, with an arithmetic mean of (3.04) and a standard deviation of (0.78), the highest expressions in this axis were (I find an appropriate respect for my work from colleagues in the school) with an arithmetic mean of (3.61) and a standard deviation of (0.07). The research revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.01) between the average responses of the sample members due to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience. The research also showed a weak positive relationship between teachers' satisfaction with incentives and their level of performance, as well as a medium relationship between teachers' satisfaction with their environment and their level of performance.
In light of these findings, the researcher recommended paying attention to material and moral incentives for teachers, working to find stable financial resources for Islamic schools, and raising teachers’ salaries in proportion to their academic qualifications.
