موضوع البحث: دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لمَجْمُوعَةِ الْأَحْكَامِ الْقَضَائِيَّةِ الصَّادِرَةِ عَنْ وِزَارَةِ الْعِدْلِ فِي الْمَمْلَكَةِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ السُّعُودِيَّةِ لِعَامِ 1435ه، (عشر قضايا)، (ضمن مشروع بحثي مكون من عدة بحوث).
منهج البحث: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
الأقسام الرئيسية للبحث:
تمهيد، وفيه مبحثان، وثلاثة فصول على النحو التالي:
الفصل الأول: دراسة الأحكام المتعلقة بالجانب الحقوقي، وفيه أربعة مباحث.
الفصل الثاني: دراسة الأحكام المتعلقة بجانب الأحوال الشخصية، والمتعلقة بشروط الدعوى، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث.
الفصل الثالث: دراسة الأحكام المتعلقة بالجانب الجنائي، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث.
أبرز نتائج البحث:
1. أن هذه المجموعة القضائية كنز ثمين، دراستها والبحث فيها مما يثري المكتبة العدلية.
2. أن دراسة هذه المجموعة القضائية تكوِّن لدى الدارس ملكةً قضائية.
3. أن المدونات القضائية لا زالت طور التحسين، فرغم ما فيها من إتقان وتجويد، إلا أنها بحاجة إلى مزيد عناية وتطوير.
4. تبين لي من خلال دراسة المسائل الفقهية أنَّ الراجح في مسألة شهادة الابن لأبيه وشهادة الأب لابنه هو قبول شهادة الأصل للفرع والفرع للأصل إذا انتفت التهمة، وغير ذلك من الأحكام في ثنايا البحث.

Abstract: A Study of the Judicial Laws Issued by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Year 1435 A.H. (Ten Cases)(A Comparative Analytical Study)
Objectives: a comparative analytical study of the set of judicial laws issued by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the year 1435 A.H. (Ten Cases) ( this study is among a research project consists of many pieces of research).
Methodology: A Comparative Analytical Study.
Research Main Sections: Preface، two topics، and three sections as follow:
First section: studying the laws related to rights aspects. It includes four topics.
Second section: studying the laws related to the personal status, which is associated with the claim’s conditions. It includes three topics.
Third section: studying the laws related to criminal aspects. It includes three topics.
Results:
1. That this judicial collection is a precious treasure studied and researched, which enriches the judicial library.
2. The study of this judicial group creates for the student a judicial faculty.
3. The judicial codes are still in the process of improvement. Despite their perfection and intonation, they need more attention and development.
4. Through a study of jurisprudential issues, it became clear to me that the most correct issue regarding the testimony of the son to his father and the testimony of the father to his son is to accept the certificate of origin of the branch and the branch of the original if the accusation is denied, and other rulings in the course of the research.
