المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين، وبعد:
فهذا البحث تحقيقٌ لجزءٍ من كتابٍ في القضاء وفق المذهب الشافعي، وعنوانه (شرح عماد الرضا ببيان أدب القضا للشيخ محمد عبد الرؤوف المناوي، المتوفى سنة: ١٠٣١هـ.).
وهو مشروع بحثي مقدم لاستكمال درجة العالمية الماجستير في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، في كلية الأنظمة والدراسات القضائية، قسم الدراسات القضائية.
وقد اعتمدت في تحقيق هذا الكتاب على ثلاث نسخ:
الأولى: نسخة مكتبة الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة.
الثانية: نسخة مكتبة الأزهر بمصر.
الثالثة: نسخة مكتبة الحرم المكي.
ويعتبر الكتاب شرحا لكتاب عماد الرضا للشيخ زكريا الأنصاري، وهو مختصر لكتاب أدب القضاء للغزي، ولذلك يعد الكتاب من الكتب المهمة في القضاء.
وقد استدعى منهج التحقيق تقسيم المشروع البحثي الى قسمين:
الأول: قسم الدراسة، وفيه دراسة عن مؤلف كتاب عماد الرضا، ودراسة عن كتابه، ثم دراسة عن مؤلف كتاب شرح عماد الرضا ودراسة لكتابه.
الثاني: قسم التحقيق، ويشمل الفصل الثاني العشر، والفصل الثالث عشر من الكتاب.
واعتمد المحقق في هذا التحقيق المنهج العلمي المعتمد من عمادة الدراسات العليا في الجامعة.

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Prophets and Messengers, and after:
This research is a verification of a part of a book on the judiciary as per the Shafi’I school of thought, entitled (sharh imad alrida bibayan adab alqada) by Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Raouf Al-Manawi, who died in the year: 1031 AH.).
It is a research project submitted to complete a master’s degree at the Islamic University of Madinah, in the College of Laws and Judicial Studies, Department of Judicial Studies.
I relied in verification of this book on three copies of manuscripts:
First: A copy of the Islamic University Library in Madinah.
Second: A copy of the Al-Azhar Library in Egypt.
Third: A copy of the Library of the Grand Mosque in Mecca.
The book is considered an explication of the book Imad Al-Rida by Sheikh Zakaria Al-Ansari, which is a summary of the book “Adab Al-Qada’” by Al-Ghuzzi, and therefore the book is considered one of the important books in the judiciary.
The verification method required dividing the research project into two sections:
The first: the study section, which includes a study about the author of the book Imad Al-Ridha, and a study about his book, then a study about the author of the book sharh Imad Al-Ridha and a study about his explication.
The second: the verification section, and it includes the twelfth chapter and the thirteenth chapter of the book.
In this verification, the verifier adopted the scientific method approved by the Deanship of postgraduate Studies at the university.
