المستخلص: عُنْوانُ الرِّسالة: "الكَفيل بـمعَانـي التَّنزيل" للقَاضِي عِمادِ الدِّين الكِنْدِيّ، دراسة وتـحقيق، (من بداية في سورة الأنبياء إلى الآية (37) من سورة الحج).  مُكَوِّناتُ الرِّسالة: تـحتوي الرِّسالة على مُقدِّمة، وقسميْن، وخاتـمة، وفهارس.  الـمقدّمة وفيها: القِيمة العِلْمِيَّة للموضوع، أسباب اختياره، الدِّراسات السَّابقة، خُطَّة البحث، ومنهج التحقيق.  القسم الأوَّل: قسم الدِّراسة، وفيه أربعة فصول: - الفصل الأوَّل: يـحتوي على دراسة موجَزة لكتاب "الكشَّاف" للزَّمـخْشَريّ؛ مِن حيث التَّعريف به، وبـ"تفسيرِه"، والـحواشي عليه. - الفصل الثَّاني: وفيهِ دراسة موجزة لِعصْر الـمُـؤلِّف من حيث الـحالة السِّياسيّة، والاجتماعيَّة، والعِلْمِيَّة. - الفصل الثَّالث: وفيهِ التَّعريف بالـمُـؤلِّف تعريفًا موجَزًا، من حيث اسْـمه، ونسَبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وحياته العِلْمِيَّة، ومؤلَّفاته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهيّ، ومكانته العِلْمِيَّة، وثناء العُلَمَاء عليه. - الفصل الرَّابع: وفِيه دِراسة موجَزة للكِتاب مِن حيث تـحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نِسبتِه لـمؤلِّفه، وموضوعه، وموارده، ومنهج الـمُـؤلِّف فيه، وقيمته العِلْمِيَّة، ووصْف النُّسَخ الـخطِّيَّة الـمعتمَدة ونـماذج منها.  القِسْم الثَّاني: تـحقيق نَصِّ الكتاب: مِن بداية سُورة (الأنبياء)، إلى نـهاية الآية (37) مِن سُورة الـحج. واختُتِمَت الرسالة بفهارس علْميّة مُتنوِّعة. والـحمْد لله ربِّ العالـمين، وصلَّى اللهُ وسلَّمَ وبارَك على نبيِّنا مُـحمَّد وعلى آلِه وصحْبه أجـمعين. وقد اعتمدت في التحقيق على ثلاث نسخ خطية، وهي: نسخة بخط المــؤلف، وهي مصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية، في قسم: المـصورات الفلميّة، ومحفوظة برقم (2343)، ومقسمة إلى (23) مجلداً. ونسخة محفوظة بمتحف: "طبوقبوسراي" بإسطنبول، برقم (1/464)، في أربعة مجلدات. ونسخة فيض الله، مكتبة فيض الله أفندي 9 (المورد 7/1-2(1978) 318)، وتقع في ثلاثة مجلدات.

Abstract: Thesis title: Study and edition of "Al-Kafeel bi Ma'ani At-Tanzeel" by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen Al-Kindi from the beginning of Suratul Al-Anbiya' to the end of verse 37 of Suratul-Hajj. Thesis components: The thesis comprises of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and indices as follows: The introduction included the scientific value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review, research proposal and methodology. Section 1: The study and it includes four chapters as follows: Chapter 1: Brief study of the book "Al-kash-shaf" by Az-zamakhshari in terms of the biography of the author and introduction of his book on Qur'anic exegesis. Chapter 2: Brief study of the era of the author in terms of the political, social, and scientific situation. Chapter 3: Biography of the author in brief in terms of his name, lineage, birth, development, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological belief, his jurisprudential school of thought, academic status and commendation of learned scholars for him. Chapter 4: Study of the book in brief in terms of verification of its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, theme, sources, author's methodology, scientific value, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the samples of them. Section 2: Edition of the text of the book from the beginning of Suratul-Anbiya' to the end of verse 37 of Suratul-Hajj. The thesis was concluded with a conclusion and various scientific indices. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our prophet (Muhammad), his family and companions in entirety. ,‎. ‏I relied on the copy of three handwritten scripts, a copy of the author's handwriting, which is photographed at the Islamic University in the Department of Filmmaking, preserved with No. 2343 and divided into 23 volumes. The second copy is preserved in the Tabukbosrai Museum in Istanbul with No (1/464) and is divided into four volumes. The third copy is from Faizullah which can be found in” Faizullah Effendi 9 library” (resource 7), and is made up of three volumes in entirety
