جهود الشيخ أحمد حماني " ت1419 " رحمة الله في تقرير عقيدة السلف والرد على المخالفين

المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالـمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه والتابعين، وبعد: فهده رسالة علـمية بعنوان: "جهود الشيخ أحمد حماني (تـ 1419 هـ) في تقرير عقيدة السلف والرد على الـمخالفين"، قدَّمها الطالب: فتحي خلوفي، لنيل درجة العالـمية الـماجستير، تهدف إلى بيان الجهود العقدية الـمتفرقة في الـمقالات والفتاوى والـمحاضرات للشيخ العلامة أحمد حماني ، مفتي الديار الجزائرية، والتي وافق فيها السلف، ورد على الـمخالفين لهم.
وقد تكونت الرسالة من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وستة فصول، وخاتمة، فأما الـمقدمة: فقد اشتملت على الافتتاحية، وأهمية الـموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، وتساؤلاته، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، والخطة، ومنهج البحث، وأما التمهيد: فاحتوى على التعريف بالشيخ وبيان عصره.
وأما الفصل الأول: ففيه جهود الشيخ في موافقته للسلف في مصدر التلقي، ومنهج الاستدلال، والفصل الثاني: فيه جهود الشيخ في تقرير توحيد الربوبية، والألوهية، والأسماء والصفات، والفصل الثالث: كان في بيان جهود الشيخ في تقرير الـمسائل الـمتعلقة بالإيمان بالـملائكة، والكتب، والرسل، والفصل الرابع: فيه جهود الشيخ في تقرير الـمسائل الـمتعلقة بالإيمان باليوم الآخر، والقضاء والقدر، وباب الصحابة، والفصل الخامس: جاء في إبراز جهوده في الحث على لزوم السنة، والتحذير من البدع، والفصل السادس: فيه جهوده في الرد على الـمخالفين، ثم جاءت الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، ومن أبرزها:
1. أن الشيخ أحمد حماني عاش في ظروف صعبة، تميزت بتدهور الوضع السياسي والاجتماعي والديني، لكن الشيخ لـم تعقه هذه الظروف عن الـمجد، وشق طريقه في طلب العلـم صابرا، فكان بعدها من الـمصلحين، ومن العلـماء الراسخين.
2. أن منهج الشيخ أحمد حماني في العقيدة قام على تعظيم السلف والحرص على اتباعهم، فقد وافقهم في مسائل العقيدة، ورد على الـمخالفين لهم في ذلك.
3. أن الشيخ أحمد حماني تكلـم عن أكثر مسائل العقيدة، لكن اهتمامه الأكبر كان مرتكزا على بابين عظيمين من أبواب الاعتقاد، الأول: باب توحيد الألوهية، والثاني: باب الرد على الفرق الـمخالفة للسلف، لشدة الحاجة إلى ذلك في زمانه.
Abstract: All the praises be for Allah، The Lord of the Worlds، and blessings and peace be upon our prophet Muhammad، his family، his companions and followers. This is a dissertation called "The efforts of Sheikh Ahmed Al-Hammani (died in: 1419 hijri) may Allah have mercy upon him in explaining the creed of the predecessors and refuting the opposers which has been researched by the student Fathi Kheloufi in order to obtain a master degree. It's objective is to manifest the various theological efforts of the great scholar، Mufti of Algeria Sheikh Ahmed Hammani in his articles، issued fatwa's and lectures where he was in accordance with the predecessors and refuted who opposed them. The dissertation consisted of an introduction، a preface، six chapters and the conclusion. As for the introduction it consisted of the editorial، the importance of the topic، the reasons for choosing it، it's objectives، its questions، it's limits، the previous studies on the topic، the plan and the research methodology. Concerning the preface, it consisted of the Sheik's biography and the description of that era. Regarding the first chapter, it consisted of the Sheik's efforts in being in accordance with the predecessors' methodology concerning the sources of evidence in creed، and the inference methodology.
The second chapter consisted of the Sheik's efforts in explaining the Oneness of Allah’s Lordship، the oneness of worship، and the oneness of Allah's names and attributes.
The third chapter was about manifesting the Sheik's efforts in explaining the matters regarding the belief in the angels، the books and the messengers.
The fourth chapter consisted of the Sheik's efforts in explaining the matters regarding the belief in the last day، the divine's decree and the matter of the prophet's companions.
The fifth chapter was about manifesting the Sheik's efforts in being steadfast upon sunnah and warning against innovations.
The sixth chapter is about his efforts in refuting the innovators and opposers.
Finally, the conclusion consists of the findings I concluded to.
From the most prominent findings:
1-Sheik Ahmed Hammani lived In difficult conditions، distinguished by it's political، social and religious decline. However these hard conditions didn’t prevent him from reaching glory، and paved his way in seeking knowledge patiently، as he became a reformer and a well established scholar.
2-The methodology of the Sheik in Islamic theology was based on revering the predecessors and keenness to follow them، as he was in accordance with them in the matters of creed and refuted the ones who opposed them.
3-The Sheik addressed most matters of creed but his highest attention was centered on two great matters of creed. Firstly the matter of the oneness of Allah in worship، and secondly refuting the sects who opposed the predecessors، as for the great need for it in his era.
