المستخلص: تناولتُ في هذا البحث اختياراتِ الإمام ابن الجزري في مسائل الوقف والابتداء من خلال كتابيه: التمهيد والنشر، وتُعَدّ اختيارات الإمام ابن الجزري في الوقف والابتداء من الاختيارات المهمة في هذا العلم؛ ذلك لأن بعض اختياراته عليها العمل اليوم في المؤلفات، وكذلك فَقْد كتابه: (الاهتدا في معرفة الوقف والابتدا) يجعل معرفة اختياره في الوقف وجَمع ذلك في مكان واحد من الأهمية بمكان؛ لمكانة الإمام ابن الجزري بين القراء، فقد درستُ اختياراته هذه دراسة تحليلية مقارَنة باختيار غيره من علماء الوقف، وقسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين: الأول في الدراسة وتحته خمسة مباحث، والثاني في جمع المواضع ودراستها دراسة تحليلية مقارنة، وتحته عشرة مباحث، وظهر من خلال الدراسة والمقارَنة أن الإمام ابن الجزري وافق في كثير من اختياراته هذه جمهورَ علماء الوقف، ولكنه انفرد في بعض مسالك إثبات الحكم والاستدلال فكان منهجه فريداً في كثير من هذه المسالك، وكذلك انفرد في الحكم على بعض المواضع القليلة جدّاً، وظهر جليّاً تأثره في هذا العلم بالأئمة الثلاثة: الدَّاني والسَّجاوندي والسَّخاوي.
Abstract: This research studied Imam ibn Al-Jazari’s choices in pause and start issues in recitation through his two books: Al-Tamheed and Al-Nashr. Imam Ibn Al-Jazari’s choices in pause and start issues in recitation is one of the important choices in this field of knowledge. This is because some of his choices are the ones practiced today in the Qur’anic filed and studies, as well as the loss of his book: Al-Ihtida’ makes knowing his choice in the pausing and compiling it in one book of great importance; Because of the status of Imam ibn Al-Jazari among the reciters.
The research was divided into an introduction, a preface, and two chapters: the first is on the study and is has five sub-chapters, and the second is on the compilation and study of the recitation points and a comparative analytical study, and it has ten sub-chapters.
I studied his choices in an analytical study, compared to the choice of other scholars of Quranic recitation pause, and it appeared to me through study and comparison that Imam ibn Al-Jazari agreed in many of his choices with these scholars of Quranic recitation pause, but he was unique in some methods of prove of judgment and inference. His method is unique in many of these paths, he was also unique in his judgment of some very few recitation points, and it was evident that the three imams influenced him in this science: Al-Dani, Al-Sajawandi and Al-Sakhawi.
