موضوع الدراسة وأهدافها: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع أثر القواعد الأصولية في توجيه القراءات وبيان معانيها، والهدف منه المساهمة في تحقيق الغاية المأمولة من دراسة علم أصول الفقه - ولو بجهد المقل - بطريقة عملية، وذلك من خلال الدراسة لـ(81) قاعدة، وتطبيقها على معاني القراءات ودلالاتها، والاستعانة بها في درء ما يتوهم من تعارض معانيها.
منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي التحليلي.
محتويات الدراسة: تكوَّنت هذه الدراسة من مقدمةٍ وتمهيدٍ وقسمين رئيسين، القسم الأول: دراسة نظرية للقواعد الأصولية والقراءات، وفيه فصلان، الفصل الأول: القواعد الأصولية، والفصل الثاني: القراءات، القسم الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية للقواعد الأصولية المؤثرة في توجيه القراءات القرآنية، وفيه سبعة عشر فصلًا، الفصل الأول: القواعد المتعلقة بالحكم الشرعي.
والفصل الثاني: القواعد المتعلقة بالمنطوق والمفهوم، والفصل الثالث: القواعد المتعلقة بالمشترك.
والفصل الرابع: القواعد المتعلقة بالحقيقة والمجاز، والفصل الخامس: القواعد المتعلقة بحروف المعاني، والفصل السادس: القواعد المتعلقة بالأمر، والفصل السابع: القواعد المتعلقة بالنهي.
والفصل الثامن: القواعد المتعلقة بالعموم، والفصل التاسع: القواعد المتعلقة بالتخصيص.
الفصل العاشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالاستثناء، والفصل الحادي عشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالمطلق والمقيد، والفصل الثاني عشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالظاهر والمؤول، والفصل الثالث عشر: القواعد المتعقلة بالمحكم والمتشابه، والفصل الرابع عشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالمجمل والمبين، والفصل الخامس عشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالنسخ، والفصل السادس عشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالعلة ومسالكها، والفصل السابع عشر: القواعد المتعلقة بالتعارض والترجيح، وختم البحث بإبراز أهم النتائج، منها: ضرورة ربط القواعد الأصولية بالعلوم الأخرى، لا سيما التي لها تعلق بالوحيين، وأن لا يقتصر في الاستفادة منها على علم الفقه فقط.
Abstract: Research title: Fundamentalist rules affecting the guidance of Qur’anic recitations - an applied theoretical study on the ten recitations.
Subject and objectives of the study: This research deals with the topic of the impact of jurisprudential rules in directing readings and clarifying their meanings, and its aim is to contribute to achieving the desired goal of studying the science of jurisprudence - even with minimal effort - in a practical way, through studying (81) rules and applying them to the meanings of jurisprudence. The readings and their meanings, and using them to ward off any imagined conflict in their meanings.
Research method: inductive-deductive-analytical method.
Contents of the study: This study consisted of an introduction, a preface, and two main sections. The first section: a theoretical study of the fundamentalist rules and readings, and it contains two chapters. The first chapter: the fundamentalist rules, and the second chapter: the readings. The second chapter: the applied study of the fundamentalist rules affecting the guidance of Qur’anic readings, and it contains seven. Ten chapters, Chapter One: Rules related to Sharia governance.
