Title The title of the thesis: The Extra Hadiths in the book “Fath Al-Ghaffaar Al-Jaami’ li Ahkaam Sunnat Nabiyyna al-Mukhtaar” by Al-Qaadee Al-Rubaa’ee, which are in excess of that in the book “Muntaqa Al-Akhbaar” by Al-Majd Ibn Taymiyyah, “from the beginning of the book to the end of the chapters on tooth brushing (siwak) and the Sunnahs of (Fitrah) natural disposition.

أهمية الموضوع:تكمن أهمية الموضوع في مكانة كتاب "المنتقى" لدى أهل العلم وطلابه؛ حيث حوى الكتاب على جملة كبيرة من أحاديث الأحكام، فبدراسة الزيادات عليه من كتاب "فتح الغفار الجامع لأحكام سنة نبيّنا المختار " تكتمل الفائدة ويعمُّ النفع بإذن الله تعالى،كما أن الحاجة داعية إلى دراسة الأحاديث الزائدة في كتاب "فتح الغفار الجامع لأحكام سنة نبيّنا المختار " على كتاب "منتقى الأخبار"؛ لأنها لم تحْظ من قبل بدراسة علمية.
محتويات البحث: تم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، ثم دراسة الأحاديث الزائدة، وخاتمة.
فاشتملت المقدمة على:أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة فيه، ومشكلة البحث، وحدوده.
واشتمل التمهيد:على ثلاثة مباحث:
-المبحث الأول: ترجمة موجزة للقاضي: الحسن بن أحمد الرُّباعي، وتعريفٌ موجز بكتابه " فتح الغفار الجامع لأحكام سنة نبينا المختار"
-المبحث الثاني: ترجمة موجزة: للمجد ابن تيمية، وتعريفٌ موجز بكتابه "منتقى الأخبار"؛
المبحث الثالث: مقارنة مختصرة بين الكتابين؛ من حيث المصادر، وايرادهما للأحاديث، ومن حيث ترتيبهما لكتابيهما .
ثم دراسة الأحاديث الزوائد التي هي صلب الموضوع مرتبة على حسب ورودها في كتاب "فتح الغفارالجامع لأحكام سنة نبينا المختار".
ثم الخاتمة: وقد اشتملت على أهم نتائج البحث.
وهذه بعض أهم النتائج:
• عدم وجود المصادر الكافية في دراسة تفصيلية حول حياة القاضي الرباعي، وبيان عقيدته.
• تبين لي من خلال دراستي حول كتاب "فتح الغفار الجامع لأحكام سنة نبينا المختار"، أهميته وأن الكتاب من أهم وأوسع المصادر في أحاديث الأحكام.
• حوى كتاب القاضي الرباعي مادة علمية غزيرة من بيان شروح الغريب وتفسيرها.
• بلغت عدد الاحاديث التي قمت بدارستها في كتاب"فتح الغفار" على كتاب "منتقى الأخبار" من بداية "أبواب صفة الصلاة إلى نهايتها"، أربعةوسبعون (74) حديثا بالمجموع، منها: (17)حديثا في الصحيحين، أو أحدهما وسائر الأحاديث التي عددها سبعة وخمسون (57) حديثا خارج الصحيحين، وهي متفاوتة بين الصحيح والحسن والضعيف.
Abstract: The Extra Hadiths in the book “Fath Al-Ghaffaar Al-Jaami’ li Ahkaam Sunnat Nabiyyna al-Mukhtaar” by Al-Qaadee Al-Rubaa’ee, which are in excess of that in the book “Muntaqa Al-Akhbaar” by Al-Majd Ibn Taymiyyah, “from the beginning of the book to the end of the chapters on tooth brushing (siwak) and the Sunnahs of (Fitrah) natural disposition.
The importance of the topic: The importance of the topic lies in the status of the book “Al-Muntaqa” among scholars and the students of knowledge. The book contained a large number of hadiths dealing with Ahkaam. By studying surplus [hadiths] from the book “Fath Al-Ghaffaar Al-Jaami’ li Ahkaam Sunnat Nabiyyna al-Mukhtaar”, complete benefit and pervasive use would be attained, by the will of Allaah. Also, there is a need to study the extra hadiths in“Fath Al-Ghaffar" over “Muntaqa Al-Akhbar” because it has not been scientifically studied before .
Research contents: The thesis was divided into an introduction, a preface, a
study of the extra hadiths, and then a conclusion .
•The introduction included: the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research problem, and its limits .
•The introduction included three sections:
-The first one included a brief biography of the judge: Al-Hassan bin Ahmed Al-Rubai, and a brief introduction to his book “Fath Al-Ghafar .”
-The second topic: a brief biography of Ibn Taymiyyah, and a brief introduction to his book “Muntaqa Al-Akhbar ”
The third topic: a brief comparison between the two books in terms of their sources, their reference to hadiths, and their arrangement of their books and their terminology in it .
•Then, the extra hadiths which are at the core of the subject were studied, arranged according to their occurrence in the “Fath Al-Ghaffaar ".
•Then the conclusion: it included the most important results of the research.
Here are some of the most important search results:
• The lack of sufficient sources in a detailed study on the life of Judge Al-Rubai, and the
statement of his belief.
• It became clear to me through my study about the book “Fath Al-Ghaffar Al-Jami’ Al-Ahkam Al-Sunnah of Our Chosen Prophet” that it is important and that the book is one of the most important and extensive sources in the hadiths of the rulings.
• Al-Qadi Al-Rubai' book contains a wealth of scientific material explaining and explaining the explanations of Al-Gharib.
• The number of hadiths that I studied in the book “Fath al-Ghaffar” on the book “Muntaqa al-Akhbar” from the beginning of “The Chapters on the Description of Prayer” to its end amounted to seventy-four (75) hadiths in total, including: (17) hadiths in the two Sahihs, or one of them, and other hadiths that There are fifty-six (56) hadiths outside the two Sahihs, and they vary between authentic, good and weak
