المستخلص: الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد: فهذا البحث تحقيقٌ ودراسةٌ لكتاب «شرح عماد الرضا ببيان آداب القضاء، لشيخ الإسلام زكريا الأنصاري» تأليف العلامة زين الدين محمد عبد الرؤوف المناوي –رحمه الله- (ت: 1031ه)، من بداية قوله: «مسألة: من رأى إنسانا» إلى نهاية الفصل الحادي عشر عند قوله: «والظن به حسن»، اعتمدت في تحقيقه على ثلاث نسخ خطية، نسخة من مكتبة الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، ونسخة من مكتبة الأزهر بمصر، ونسخة من مكتبة الحرم المكي. أقسام البحث: يحتوي البحث على مقدمة، وقسمين رئيسين: القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة، وتتضمن: التعريف بالكتاب المشرَّح عليه، ومؤلفه، والتعريف بالشارح، وبالشرح. القسم الثاني: النص المحقق. ثم الفهارس العلمية.
Abstract: Praise be to Allah, prayers and peace be upon the messenger’s of Allah, and all his family and companions. This research is an verification and study of a book “ Sharh Imad Al-Ridha be bayan Aadab Al qada (Explanation of Imad Al-Ridha explaining the ethics of the judiciary)”, by Sheikh Al-Islam Zakaria Al-Ansari” author by the scholar Zain Deen Muhammad bin Abdulrauf Al-manawy - may Allah have mercy on him - (date: 1031 hijri), from the beginning of his saying: “subject: Who saw a person” to the end of his saying end of chapter twelve: “And think good for hm.” Based on a three differences handwritten manuscripts. Research Sections: The research contains an introduction, and two main sections: The first section: the study section, and included: introducing to the book that is explained, its author, introducing the owner of the explanation, and his explanation. The second section: the verificated text. Then the scientific indexes.
