يتكوّن هذا البحث من مقدمّة، وتمهيد، وأربعة أبواب، وخاتمة، وفهارس علميّة.
أمّا المقدمة: فتشتمل على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة وبيان الخطة، ومنهج البحث. وأمّا التمهيد: ففيه ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: مدخل إلى علم تخريج الفروع على الأصول، وفيه ستة مطالب. المبحث الثاني: التّعريف بالإمام ابن شاس، وفيه سبعة مطالب. المبحث الثالث: التّعريف بكتاب عِقد الجواهر الثّمينة في مذهب عالم المدينة، وفيه أربعة مطالب. وأمّا الأبواب الأربعة: فهي مشتملة على تسعة فصول، وخمسة وخمسين مبحثا، ومائة وثمانية وتسعين فرعا وهي كالتالي:
الباب الأول: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في الحكم الشرعي والتكليف، وفيه ثلاثة فصول:
الفصل الاول: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في مباحث الحكم التكليفي، وفيه تسعة مباحث.
الفصل الثاني: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في مباحث التكليف، وفيه ثلاتة مباحث. الفصل الثالث: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في مباحث الحكم الوضعي، وفيه عشرة مباحث. الباب الثاني: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في الأدلة المتفق عليها والمختلف فيها وفيه فصلان: الفصل الأول: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في الأدلة المتفق عليها، وفيه عشرة مباحث. الفصل الثاني: الأدلة المختلف فيها وفيه تسعة مباحث. الباب الثالث: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في دلالات الألفاظ، وفيه فصلان الفصل الأول: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في النص والظاهر، والحقيقة والمجاز، والأمر والنهي، وفيه خمسة مباحث: الفصل الثاني: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في العموم والخصوص والمطلق والمقيد والمفهوم وفيه اثنا عشر مبحثا
الباب الرابع: تخريج الفروع على الأصول، في الاجتهاد، والتعارض، والترجيح، وفيه فصلان: الفصل الأول: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في الاجتهاد، وفيه مبحثان. الفصل الثاني: تخريج الفروع على الأصول في التعارض والترجيح، وفيه أربعة مباحث.
ومن أبرز النتائج لهذا البحث: إبراز القيمة الأصولية لهذا الكتاب، وإظهار أصول المذهب.

Thesis title: Referencing the branches on the origins from the book " 'Iqdul Jawahir Al-thameenah fee Madh' hab 'Aalim Al-Madinah by Imam Ibn Shaas (d. 616 AH), collection and study.
By: Doukuri Ibrahima, under the supervision of His Eminence Dr. Yusuf Ibn Matar Al-Muhammadi. Year 1443 AH.
This research consists of an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion, and scientific indexes.
As for the introduction: it includes the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan and the research methodology. As for the preamble: it contains three sections: The first section: an introduction to the science of referencing the branches on the origins, and it contains Six topics. The second section: Biography of Imam Ibn Shaas, and it contains seven topics. The third section: Introducing the book “Iqdul Jawahir Al-thameenah fee Madh' hab 'Aalim Al-Madinah” which includes four topics. As for the four chapters: they include nine sections, fifty-five topics, and one hundred and ninety-eight branches, and they are as follows:

Chapter Two: Referencing the branches on Fundamentals of Agreed upon and Disagreeing Evidence, which includes two sections: Section One: Referencing the branches on the origins of Agreed upon and differed Evidence, and includes ten topics. The Second Section: The differed evidence, and it contains nine topics. Chapter Three: Referencing the branches on the origins in the semantics of the words, and it has two sections: Section One: Referencing the branches on the origins in the text and the apparent, the truth and metaphor, and the command and the prohibition, and it contains five topics: Section Two: Referencing the branches on the origins in general and specific, the absolute, the restricted and the concept, and in it there are twelve topics.
