المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى تضمين محتوى كتب الفقه للمعهد الثانوي بالجامعة الإسلامية للقضايا الفقهية المعاصرة؛ واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع كتب الفقه بالمعهد الثانوي التابع للجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في قائمة بأهم القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة التي يحتاجها الطلاب في المرحلة الثانوية، وبطاقة تحليل محتوى، وتمثلت الأساليب الإحصائية في معادلة هولستي لحساب ثبات بطاقة تحليل المحتوى، والوزن النسبي لتكرارات القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة، ومربع كاي لحساب الفروق، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن نسبة القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة المتضمنة في كتب الفقه كانت ضعيفة، حيث بلغت نسبتها في الصف الأول الثانوي 23.8%، وفي الصف الثاني الثانوي 31%، وفي الصف الثالث الثانوي 23.8% ، أما النسبة الكلية فقد بلغت 26.2%.
Abstract: The study aimed to find out the extent to which the content of the fiqh books of the Secondary level of the Islamic University includes contemporary jurisprudential issues. The researcher used the descriptive approach based on the method of content analysis. The study sample consisted of all the books of jurisprudence at the Secondary level of the Islamic University of Madinah, and the study tool was a list of the most important contemporary jurisprudential issues that students need in the secondary stage and a content analysis card. The statistical methods were an equation Holste calculates the stability of the content analysis card, the relative weight of the occurrences of contemporary jurisprudential issues, and the chi square for calculating the differences.
Among the most important results that were reached is that the percentage of contemporary jurisprudential issues included in the books of jurisprudence was weak, as its percentage in the first grade of secondary school reached 23.8%, and in the second grade of secondary school is 31%, and the third grade of secondary school is 23.8%,
