المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان الأخطاء الواقعة في فهم القول الأصولي، مع ذكر أسباب الوقوع في الفهم المخطئ، وذِكر الآثار الفقهية والأصولية وغيرها المترتبة على الفهم المخطئ للقول الأصولي، وتناول البحث القواعد العلمية المعينة على تفادي الخطأ في فهم القول الأصولي.
وانتظم هذا البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة فصول، تخللها مباحث ومطالب، مذيلًا بفهارس علمية.
وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج أبرزها أن الخطأ في فهم القول الأصولي من أكبر الأسباب في الأمور الآتية:
1- تكثير الآراء الشاذة في الفقه وأصوله.
2- إحداث أقوال لا قائل بها.
3- الطعن في الأئمة والعلماء والإنكار والرد على قولٍ صحيحٍ منهم.
4- الانحراف إما إلى التفريط أو الإفراط.
Abstract: The research aims to explain the mistakes that occur in understanding the fundamentalist statement, mentioning the reasons of falling into the wrong understanding, and mentioning the jurisprudential, fundamentalist and other consequences resulting from the wrong understanding of the fundamentalist statement. The research deals with the scholarly maxims that help to avoid errors in understanding the fundamentalist statement.
This research is organized into a prelude, introduction and four chapters, including topics and sub-topics, appended with scientific indexes.
The research arrived at findings, the most notable of which is that the error in understanding the fundamentalist saying is one of the biggest causes in the following matters:
1- The proliferation of odd opinions in jurisprudence and its principles.
2- Making statements that are not attributable to anyone.
3- Attacking scholars, denying, and responding to an authentic statement from them.
4- Derailing into either laxity or the extreme.
