تهدف هذه الدراسة: لجمع استدراكات المرداوي -رحمه الله- على علماء أصول الفقه في كتابه "التحبير شرح التحرير"، ودراستها ومناقشتها وبيان الراجح فيها بحسب ما يظهر لي الباحث.
وقد تم في هذه الدراسة: جمع مئة وستة (106) استدراكات، وترتيبها بحسب أبواب أصول الفقه، ودراستها، وظهر للباحث رجحان ثلاثة وثمانين (83) استدراكًا، وتوقّف في استدراكين.
وقد توصَّل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى: أن استدراكات المرداوي -رحمه الله- شملت كثيرًا من المجالات؛ كنسبة الأقوال، وحكاية الإجماع، والحدود، وتراجم المسألة، وغير ذلك. وأن كثيرًا من استدراكات المرداوي -رحمه الله- كانت في نسبة الأقوال وحكاية الإجماع، مما يدل على سعة اطلاعه على المصنّفات الأصولية.
Abstract: A scientific project submitted to obtain a master degree in the principles of jurisprudence from the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University.
This study aims: to collect Al-Mardawi’s objections - may God have mercy on him - on the scholars of the principles of jurisprudence in his book “Al-Tahbir Sharh Al-Tahrir”, and study the objections, discuss them , and clarify the most correct in them , according to what appears correct the researcher.
In this study, one hundred and six (106) objection were collected, arranged according to the chapters in the principles of jurisprudence books, and studied.
It appeared to the researcher an overvalance of eighty-three (83) corrections, and he stopped in two corrections (nothing appeared to the researcher).
Through this study, the researcher concluded that: Al-Mardawi's objections - may God have mercy on him - included many topics; Such as the proportion of sayings, mentioning the consensuses , the limits, the title of the objection , and so on.
In addition, that many of Al-Mardawi’s objections - may God have mercy on him - were in attributing the sayings and mentioning the consensuses, which indicates his extensive knowledge of fundamentalist works.
