القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة، وفيه ثلاثة فصول:
- الفصل الأول: يحتوي على دراسة موجَزة لكتاب "الكشَّاف" للزَّمخْشَريّ؛ مِن حيث التَّعريف به، وبـ"تفسيرِه"، والحواشي عليه.
- الفصل الثاني: وفيه التعريف بالمؤلِّف، من حيث اسمه، ونَسَبه، ومولده، ونشأته، وحياته العلميّة، ومؤلفاته، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، وعقيدته، ومذهبه الفقهيّ، ومكانته العلميّة، وثناء العلماء عليه، ودراسة موجزة لِعصْر المـُـؤلِّف من حيث الحالة السِّياسيّة، والاجتماعيَّة، والعِلْمِيَّة.
- الفصل الثالث: وفِيه دِراسة موجَزة للكِتاب مِن حيث تحقيق عنوانه، وتوثيق نِسبتِه لمؤلِّفه، وموضوعه، ومصادره، ومنهج المـُـؤلِّف فيه، وقيمته العِلْمِيَّة، ووصْف النُّسَخ الخطِّيَّة المعتمَدة ونماذج منها.
القسم الثاني: تحقيق نّصِّ الكتاب: من بداية تفسير سورة الدُّخَان إلى نهاية تفسير سورة الحُجُرَات.
واختُتِمَتْ الرِّسالة بفهارس علميّة متنوِّعة.

وقد اعتمدت في التحقيق على ثلاث نسخ خطية، وهي: نسخة بخط المــؤلف، وهي مصورة بالجامعة الإسلامية، في قسم: المـصورات الفلميّة، ومحفوظة برقم (2343)، ومقسمة إلى (23) مجلداً. ونسخة محفوظة بمتحف: "طبوقبوسراي" بإسطنبول، برقم (1/464)، في أربعة مجلدات. ونسخة فيض الله، مكتبة فيض الله أفندي 9 (المورد 7/1-2(1978) 318)، وتقع في ثلاثة مجلدات.
Abstract: Thesis title: ‘Al-Kafeel bi ma’aany At-Tanzeel’ written by Al-Qadhi Emaduddeen al-Kindi from commentary of the beginning of surah Ad-Dukhan to the end of surah Al-Hujurat.
Thesis components: The thesis consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusion and indices as follows.
Introduction: Includes the academic value of the theme, reasons for its selection, literature review, research proposal and methodology.
Section 1: The study which includes three chapters as follows:
Chapter 1: Brief study of the book “Al-Kas-shaf” by az-Zamakhshari, inclusive of his biography, an introduction of his book on Qur’anic exegesis and commentaries on his book.
Chapter 2: A brief biography of the author consisting of his name, lineage, birth, upbringing, academic life, books, teachers, students, theological belief, jurisprudential school of thought, academic status, and commendation of scholars for him followed by a brief study of the era of the author in terms of political, social, and academic situation.
Chapter 3: A brief study of the book in terms of verifying its title, authentication of its ascription to the author, explaining its theme, sources, author’s methodology, academic value, and description of the handwritten manuscripts used in the research and samples of these manuscripts.
Section 2: Research of the text from commentary of verse (1) of surah Ad-Dukhan to the end of surah Al-Hujurat.
The thesis was concluded with a conclusion and scientific indices.

I relied on the copy of three handwritten scripts, a copy in the author's handwriting, which is photographed at the Islamic University in the Department of Photographical copy, preserved with No. 2343 and divided into 23 volumes. The second copy is preserved in the Tabukbosrai Museum in Istanbul with No (1/464) and is divided into four volumes. The third copy is from Faizullah which can be found in” Faizullah Effendi 9 library” (resource 7), and is made up of three volumes in entirety
