هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الكفاءة الخارجية النوعية لخريجي كلية التربية بجامعة حضرموت من حيث المستوى العلمي والمهارات التدريسية والعلاقات الإنسانية، والكشف عن ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة البحث تعزى لمتغيرات: التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، والمستوى العلمي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على مديري المدارس الثانوية الساحلية بمحافظة حضرموت البالغ عددهم (70) مديرًا، وقد استرد الباحث (67) استجابة صالحة، وذلك خلال الفصل الثاني من العام 1441-1442ه، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن واقع الكفاءة الخارجية النوعية لخريجي كلية التربية بجامعة حضرموت كان بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.36) وبانحراف معياري (0.78)، وجاء محور الكفاءة في العلاقات الانسانية في مقدمة المجالات المتحققة بمتوسط حسابي (3.44) وانحراف معياري (0.80) أي بدرجة كبيرة، يليه الكفاءة في مجال المهارات التدريسية بمتوسط حسابي (3.37) وانحراف معياري (0.83) أي بدرجة متوسطة، ثم الكفاءة في مجال المستوى العلمي بمتوسط حسابي (3.28) وانحراف معياري (0.73) أي بدرجة متوسطة، كما كشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقديرات المديرين حول واقع الكفاءة الخارجية النوعية لخريجي كلية التربية بجامعة حضرموت، تُعزى لاختلاف متغيرات التخصص، وسنوات الخبرة، والمستوى العلمي، وقدم البحث عدداً من التوصيات من أهمها: رفع كفاءة خريجي كلية التربية من خلال الدورات والمؤتمرات العلمية، والاهتمام بالتقنيات الحديثة في التعليم، والاهتمام بأساليب التقويم المتنوعة، كما أوصى البحث بتطوير البيئة التعليمية للكلية، وكذا تطوير البرامج والمناهج الدراسية بما يتوافق مع أنظمة الجودة الأكاديمية، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز العلاقات مع الجهات المختصة بما يسهم في توفير فرص العمل للخريجين.
Abstract: Title of the Study: The Reality of the Qualitative External Efficiency of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hadhramaut from the perspective of Secondary School Principals and Ways to Develop them. The research aimed to identify the reality of the qualitative external efficiency of the graduates of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hadhramaut in terms of the scientific level, teaching skills and human relations. In addition to investigating whether there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the research sample due to the variables: specialisation, years of experience, and scientific level. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, by conducting a questionnaire to (70) secondary schools' principals in Hadhramaut Governorate. The researcher received (67) valid responses, during the second semester of the year 1441 AH / 1442 AH. Having analysed the data using the (SPSS) program, the results showed that the reality of the qualitative external efficiency of the graduates of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hadhramaut was of a medium degree, with an a mean of (3.36) and a standard deviation (0.78). The human relations efficiency was at the forefront of the investigated areas with an average of (3.44) and a standard deviation of (0.80) i.e. in a large degree, followed by the efficiency in the area of teaching skills with a mean of (3.37) and a standard deviation of (0.83) i.e. a medium degree. Then, the efficiency in the area of the scientific level with a mean of (3.28) and a standard deviation (0.73) i.e. a medium degree. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the principles' estimates of the reality of qualitative external efficiency of the graduates of the Faculty of Education at Hadhramaut University due to the differences of variables of specialisation, years of experience or scientific level. The research presented a number of recommendations, the most significant of which are: raising the efficiency level of the graduates of the Faculty of Education through scientific courses and conferences and paying attention to modern technologies in education, as well as to various evaluation methods. Moreover, the research recommended to develop the programmes and curriculums in accordance with the academic quality systems. In addition to strengthening relations with the competent authorities, which would contribute to providing job opportunities for the graduates.
