حقوق المعلم من خلال مقدمة كتاب "المجموع للنووي" وتطبيقاتها التربوية

المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على حقوق المعلم من خلال مقدمة كتاب المجموع، واستنباط ما حوته في الجوانب الآتية: ( العلمي، الخلقي، الاجتماعي) وإبراز أهم التطبيقات التربوية لحقوق المعلم، في نطاق الأسرة، والمدرسة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج الاستنباطي.
وقد اشتمل البحث على خمسة فصول، الفصل الاول: الإمام النووي وكتابه المجموع، الفصل الثاني:حقوق المعلم في الجانب العلمي، الفصل الثالث: حقوق المعلم في الجانب الخلقي، الفصل الرابع: حقوق المعلم في الجانب الاجتماعي، الفصل الخامس: التطبيقات التربوية في الأسرة والمدرسة.
وقد أظهر البحث نتائج عدة منها: أن الإمام النووي-رحمه الله- قد ترك إرثاً كبيراً للمكتبة التربوية الإسلامية، فهو أحد علماء التربية، ومقدمة المجموع تزخر بحقوق المعلم التربوية، في مجالات تربوية عديدة, فقد اشتملت على حقوق المعلم التربوية في الجانب العلمي، وذلك من خلال بيان مفهوم الحقوق العلمية وحقوق المعلم على المتعلمين والتي منها حسن الاستماع أثناء الدرس، واختيار الوقت المناسب لسؤال المعلم, وفي الجانب الخلقي دعا –رحمه الله- إلى احترام المعلم, والصبر على جفوة المعلم, وحسن مناداة المعلم, والتواضع للمعلم, و وبيَّن -رحمه الله- في الجانب الاجتماعي الدفاع عن المعلم، واستشارة المعلم، وخصه بالتحية، وعمل الخير للمعلم، وإجلاله.
وأوصى الباحث: بضرورة الاهتمام بدراسة الآثار التربوية لعلماء المسلمين، واستخراج ما فيها من توجيهات تربوية، وغرس الجوانب التربوية التي تضمنتها مقدمة المجموع في نفوس النشء، وتضمينها في المناهج الدراسية والعمل على نشر الحقوق التربوية للمعلمين في المناهج التربوية، والوسائل المتاحة، وتطبيقها في المؤسسات التربوية
Abstract: The present study aimed at identifying the educational aspects in (Al-Majmoo Al-Nawawi), and to derive from it the educational directives related to the (scientific, moral, and social aspect) as well as highlighting the most important educational applications of teacher's rights within the family and the school. The descriptive and deductive method were used as a research methodology.The research included five chapters, Chapter 1: Imam Al-Nawawi and his total book, Chapter 2: Teacher's Rights on the Scientific Side, Chapter 3: Teacher's Rights on the Moral Side, Chapter 4: Teacher's Rights on the Social Side, Chapter 5: Educational Applications in the Family and School .The research reached a number of results, including: Imam al-Nawawi - may God have mercy on him - has left a great legacy for the Islamic educational library and he is considered as one of the greatest educational scholars and his book is full of educational directives in many educational fields, including: Educational directives in the scientific aspect where he showed educational rights such as the rights of the teacher upon his student, which include Good listening to the lesson and choosing the right time to ask the teacher, and on the moral side, he explained the importance of respecting the teacher and bein
the teacher and being polite with him, and on the social side he also showed the importance of defending the teacher and consulting him in any matters related to education, helping him, and respecting him. Based on the presented results, the researcher recommends Paying attention to studying the educational effects of Muslim scholars and deriving the educational directives from it, as well as paying attention to the educational aspects that the book Al-Majmoo contains for educating young people, and adding it in school curricula. Work to spread awareness of the educational rights of teachers in educational curricula and applying it in educational institutions
