أبرز نتائج البحث: عرض هذا البحث دراسة الأحاديث التي استشهد بها الخضري في حاشيته دراسةً نحويّةً، ومن أبرز ما جاء فيه الكشف عن موقف الخضري من الاستشهاد بالحديث، وهو جواز الاستشهاد بالحديث النبوي مطلقا، وإن كان هناك فريق من العلماء يمنعونه، وضوابطه في ذلك، مع بيان مصادره في الأحاديث المستشهد بها، وعرض الأحاديث التي وردت شواهد عند الخضري في المسائل النحوية، ودراستها دراسة نحوية توضح وجه الاستشهاد، مع بيان ما يتصل بالمسألة من توجيهات وآراء للعلماء.
وكذلك ظهر من البحث عناية الخضري بالحديث النبوي، حيث جعله من أهم مصادر السماع في القضايا النحوية، مما يشهد على مدى اطلاعه رحمه الله تعالى، وذلك مما جعل حاشيته من أحسن الحواشي على شرح بن عقيل، وأكثرها شهرة.
Abstract: Thesis Title: The Hadith (Prophet’s Traditions) that Al-Khudary cited in his Hashiyat (footnote) on Sharh Ibn Aqil. (Collection and Grammatical Study).
Research Institute: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Islamic University of Madinah - College of Arabic Language - Department of Linguistics.
Research Methodology: The Researcher used a descriptive approach.
Research Components: The research consists of a preface, an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.
The Important results of the research: This research discussed on studies based on hadiths that Al-Khudary cited in his Hashiyat (footnote) based on grammatical study, one of the prominent results of this research is the disclosure of Al-Khodari’s position on citing hadiths as a reference, and his position is the permissibility of citing the Prophet’s hadith generally, although, there are some scholars who prohibit it.
Its rulings on that, with an explanation of sources of hadith cited, and presentation of the hadiths that were used as evidence by Al-Khudari on grammatical issues and studying them grammatically to clarify point of reference, and explanation of directives and opinions of scholars related to the matter.
The research also showed Al-Khudari's attention to the hadith of the Prophet, as he made it one of the most important sources of Sima'(source of evidence) in grammatical issues, which testifies to his level of knowledge, may God Almighty have mercy on him, and that made his Hashiyat(footnote ) one of the best and most famous footnotes on Sharh bin Aqeel.
