يهدف البحث الراهن إلى بناء إستراتيجية مقترحة من منظور التربية الإسلامية لتطوير المدارس الإسلامية بتوغو من خلال عدة أهداف فرعية وهي: التعرف على واقع المدارس الإسلامية في توغو والتحديات التي تواجهها، والتعرف على الطموح المستقبلي الذي تسعى إلى تحقيقه وذلك من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في استجابات العينة حول متغير الوظيفة، وسنوات الخبرة، والمنطقة.
واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، وتكوّنت عينة البحث من جميع مديري المدارس الإسلامية، ووكلائهم البالغ عددهم (75) ممن هم على رأس العمل في العام الدراسي (2020م الموافق 1441هـ)، كما اشتمل البحث على بعض القادة من المشرفين التربويين، وتم التطبيق على جميع مديري المدارس الإسلامية ووكلائهم بتوغو باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل، واختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من القادة المشرفين التربويين البالغ عددهم (93) قائدًا، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة البحث لتحقيق أهدافه، ثم قام الباحث بإجراء التحليل الإحصائي للاستبانات المستردة التي بلغت (135) استبانة بنسبة 80.35% من مجتمع البحث، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن جميع المدارس الإسلامية في توغو لا تمتلك رؤية ولا رسالة خاصة بها، وأن أكبر عائق خارجي تعاني منه هو ضعف العلاقة بينها وبين الإدارات العليا، وتستطيع المدارس الإسلامية اكتساب ميزة تنافسية من خلال الاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة أمامها، وجعلها ذات مسارين: مسار تمثل فيه المواد الشرعية وزنًا أكبر في خطة الدراسة (العربية والفرنسية)، ومسار تمثل فيه المواد العلمية وزنًا أكبر في الخطة (الفرنسية والعربية)، وإمكانية إيجاد سبل جديدة في دعم مسيرة التعليم؛ لوجود الفرص بشكل كبير، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة البحث حول نقاط الضعف التي تعاني منها المدارس الإسلامية بتوغو تعزى لمتغير المنطقة، وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح منطقة الشمال فهي تعاني من نقاط الضعف أكثر من غيرها من المناطق، وكما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة البحث حول أهمية التخطيط الإستراتيجي للمدارس الإسلامية بتوغو تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة، وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح وكلاء المدارس الإسلامية، فهم يرون أهمية التخطيط الإستراتيجي للمدارس الإسلامية أكثر من المديرين والقادة المشرفين مع قلة عددهم. وفي ضوء ذلك قام الباحث ببناء إستراتيجية مقترحة من منظور التربية الإسلامية لتطوير المدارس الإسلامية في توغو متضمنة منطلقات الإستراتيجية وتحليلها، وصياغتها، وتنفيذها، ومراحل متابعتها، وتقييمها.
Abstract: Research title: Proposed strategy for the development of Islamic schools in Togo from the perspective of Islamic education
The research aims to identify the reality of Islamic schools in Togo and the challenges they face, and to identify the future ambition of Islamic schools that they seek to achieve, from the point of view of the research sample, to reveal the significance of the differences in the responses of the sample about the variable of the job, years of experience, and the region, as well as to build a strategy from the perspective of Islamic education for the development of Islamic schools in Togo.
The researcher used the descriptive curriculum in his methods of survey and analysis, and the research community is made up of all the principals of Islamic schools and their agents, who are present (75) On top of the work in the academic year (2020 AD, 1441 Ah), the research also included some leaders of educational supervisors, and was applied to all the principals of Islamic schools and their agents in Togo, using the method of comprehensive inventory, and the selection of a simple random sample of adult educational supervisory leaders Their number (93) is a leader, and the researcher then conducted a statistical analysis of the recovered questionnaires which amounted to (135) questionnaires of 80.35% of the research community, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a research tool to achieve the research objectives, of the most important findings of the research was that all Islamic schools in Togo have neither a vision nor a message of their own, that their biggest external barrier is the weak relationship between them and senior departments, and that Islamic schools can gain a competitive advantage by taking advantage of opportunities Available to them, and make them two-track, a path dominated by legitimate materials and a path dominated by scientific materials, and the possibility of finding new ways to support the process of education; The strategy for Islamic schools in Togo is due to the job change, and these differences were in favor of Islamic school agents, they see the importance of strategic planning of Islamic schools more than managers and supervising leaders with few numbers. In light of this, the researcher built a proposed strategy from the perspective of Islamic education for the development of Islamic schools in Togo, including the starting points of the strategy, its analysis, formulation, implementation, and the stages of follow-up and evaluation.
