المستخلص: يقوم هذا البحث على دراسة المسائل العقدية الواردة في شروح مختصر خليل، وذلك من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي النقدي، ويهدف البحث إلى جمع المسائل العقدية المتفرقة في شروح مختصر خليل وبيانها ودراستها في ضوء عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة.في مكان واحد ليسهل على الباحثين الرجوع إليها، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة أبواب، وخاتمة.
أمّا المقدمة: فتشتمل على: الافتتاحية، وأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره وأهداف البحث، وتساؤلات البحث، وحدود البحث والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه.
وأمّا التمهيد: فاشتمل على: التعريف بالشيخ خليل ومختصره، وشروحه ومؤلفيها.
الباب الأول: المسائل المتعلقة بالإيمان بالله، وفيه ثلاثة فصول:
تناولت فيه المسائل المتعلقة بتوحيد الربوبية، المسائل المتعلقة بتوحيد الألوهية، والمسائل المتعلقة بتوحيد الأسماء والصفات.
الباب الثاني: المسائل العقدية المتعلقة بالرسل واليوم الآخر والقدر، وفيه ثلاثة فصول:
وتكلّمت فيه عن المسائل المتعلقة بالإيمان بالرسل، والمسائل المتعلقة بالإيمان باليوم الآخر، والمسائل المتعلقة بالإيمان بالقدر
الباب الثالث: المسائل العقدية المتعلقة بالصحابة والإمامة والإيمان والبدع وكرامات الأولياء، وفيه خمسة فصول:
وذكرت فيه المسائل المتعلقة بالصحابة، والإمامة ، والمسائل المتعلقة بالإيمان، المسائل المتعلقة بالبدع، والمسائل المتعلقة بكرامات الأولياء.
ثم خاتمة ذكرت فيها أبرز النتائج والتوصيات ثم الفهارس.
وأما أبرز نتائج هذا البحث فهي: أن مختصر خليل من الكتب الفقهية المهمة في مذهب الإمام مالك لذلك كانت له عناية خاصة من فقهاء المالكية المتأخرين، وأن الشراح سلكوا في غالب تقريرهم للمسائل العقدية الواردة في شروحاتهم مسلك الأشاعرة والصوفية،
اضطراب وتناقض بعض الشراح في تقرير بعض المسائل الواردة في الشروح.
الاستدلال بالأحاديث الضعيفة والموضوعة على تقرير المسائل العقدية في عدة مواطن من في الشروح دون بيان درجتها من الصحة والضعف.
وافق الشراح أهل السنة في بعض المسائل وخالفوهم في مسائل كثيرة أخرى.
Abstract: This research is based on the study of the Doctrinal Issue in the Commentaries of the Mukhtasar Khalil, through the critical and inductive approach.
The research aims to collect the dispersed doctrinal issues in the Commentaries of the Mukhtasar Khalil, and study them in the light of the belief of Ahl al-Sunnah, to make it easier for researchers to refer to.
This thesis consists of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion.
The introduction: it consists of a leading article, the importance of the topic, the reason I chose it, the objective of the research, inquiry questions, the domain of the research, previous works, the outline of the research and the method.
The preface: it consists of: a biography of sheikh Khalil, and his works.
The first chapter: matters regarding the belief in Allah, and it includes three parts:I mentioned matters related to the Unity of Lordship, and matters related to the Unity of Divinity, and matters related to the Unity of the Names and Attributes.
The second chapter: creedal matters related to the prophets, the final day, and predestination. And it includes three parts:Matters relating to the belief in prophets, matters relating to the belief in the final day, and matters related to the belief in predestination.
The third chapter: creedal matters related to the Sahabah (companion of the Prophet) Islamic leadership, faith, bidah (innovations in the religion), the miracles of the Awliyah (the pious). And it includes five parts: Mentioned in it are the matters related to the Sahabah and leadership, matters related to faith, matters related to bid"ah, matters related to the miracles of the pious.
Then in the conclusion I mentioned the most important results of the research, and recommendations, then the indexes.
The most prominent results of this research are: that the Mukhtasar Khalil is one of the important jurisprudential books in the doctrine of Imam Malik, so it was given special attention by the later Maliki jurists, and that the commentators followed in most of their report on the doctrinal issues contained in their explanations the path of the Ash’aris and the Sufis.
Disorder and contradiction of some commentators in the report of some of the issues contained in the explanations.
Inferring the weak and fabricated hadiths on the determination of the doctrinal issues in several places from the explanations without indicating their degree of validity and weakness.
The commentators agreed with Ahl al-Sunnah on some issues and disagreed with them on many others.
