المستخلص: مقصد الاجتماع مقصدٌ عظيمٌ يعتدّ به الإسلام، ويعتبره من المقاصد العليا، وقد شهدت نصوص الوحيين على اعتباره شهادةً دلّت بالاستقراء على مكانته، ويعتبر مكمِّلا للضّروريات، أو يصل إلى درجة كونه من الضّروريات عند بعض أهل العلم، وهذا ما جعله يتبوّأ هذه المنزلة العظيمة.
وتتميّز الجماعة في الإسلام بأنّها مطلبٌ شرعيّ وضرورة عقليّة، وهي على نوعين: جماعة الدّين، وجماعة الأبدان؛ وكلّ منهما مأمور التزامه، ومطلوبٌ التّمسك به: جماعة المسلمين في دينهم، وجماعة المسلمين في أبدانهم.
والاجتماع مقصدٌ قطعيٌّ، وهو من المقاصد الأصليّة العامّة، كونه مراعى في جميع أحوال التّشريع، ويعتبر كذلك من المقاصد الكلّيّة.
وهو قائمٌ على أسس ومقوّمات تحفظ لهذه الأمّة وحدتها وتحقّق تآلفها بوسائل متعدّدة؛ ويكون حفظه من جانب الوجود: بالمحافظة على ما يقيم أركانه ويثبّت قواعده، ومن جانب العدم: بدرء الفساد الواقع أو المتوقّع على الجماعة.
Abstract: The purpose of the meeting is great, and Islam cherished it, and considers it the main purpose. And the texts of the two revelations have testified that it is valid. This testimony indicated his position by extrapolation. It is considered a complement to the necessities, or to the point of being a necessity according to some scientists. This is what made it deserve such a great stature.
The group is distinguished in Islam that it is a legitimate requirement and a mental necessity, it's back to the meeting on the Imam who agrees with the Book and the Sunnah. Meeting on a non-Sunnah is outside the meaning of the group.
The meeting is a definite purpose, it is one of the original and general purposes, because it is considered in all cases of legislation. It is also considered one of the universal purposes.
It is based on foundations and components preserves this nation's unity and achieves harmony by multiple means. Its preservation is from the aspect of existence: Preserving what establishes its pillars and establishes its foundations. On the part of nothingness: By warding off actual or expected corruption in the community.
