المستخلص: هدف الرسالة: حصر القواعد الأصولية التي ذكرها القدوري في كتابه التجريد، وذكر الفروع الفقهية التي جعلها مبنية على تلك القواعد. محتوى الرسالة: اشتملت الرسالة على: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة فصول، وخاتمة، وفهارس. المقدمة تشتمل على: أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، الدراسات السابقة، خطة البحث، المنهج المتبع في كتابة البحث. التمهيد: يشتمل على التعريف بالقدوري وكتابه التجريد. الفصل الأول: الفصل الأول: تخريج الفروع على أصول تتعلق بالحكم الشرعي، وفيه ستة وعشرون مبحثاً. الفصل الثاني: تخريج الفروع على أصول تتعلق بالأدلة الشرعية، وفيه أربعة وعشرون مبحثاً. الفصل الثالث: تخريج الفروع على الأصول المتعلقة بدلالات الألفاظ وطرق الاستنباط، وفيه أربعة وعشرون مبحثاً. الفصل الرابع: تخريج الفروع على الأصول المتعلقة بالتعارض والترجيح والاجتهاد، وفيه ثمانية عشر مبحثاً. الخاتمة: وفيها ذكر أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في البحث، ثم الفهارس العلمية المتنوعة. ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: أن تخريج الفروع على الأصول هو العلم الذي يُبيِّن القواعد الأصولية التي بنى عليها الأئمة الأحكام الشرعية التي أفتوا بها، وأن العلامة أحمد بن محمد القدوري رحمه الله كان عالمًا متبحرًا في شتَّى العلوم ولاسيما علم الفقه وقد شهد له المنصفون بغزارة العلم وجودة التحقيق، وأنه ألَّف القدوري كتابه «التجريد» في الخلاف الفقهي بين الحنفية والشافعية فيذكر أقوال الفريقين وأدلتهم ويرد الفروع إلى قواعدها الأصولية، ولم أجد في الفروع الواردة في هذا البحث أن القدوري خالف أصول الحنفية، وقد تميز القدوري بترتيب الأدلة فهو يستدل بالقرآن الكريم ثم بالسُّنة ثم بالإجماع ثم بالقياس، إلى غير ذلك من النتائج. والحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وصلى على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه

Abstract: The aim of the thesis: to identify the fundamental rules mentioned by Al-Quduri in his book Al-Tajrid, and to mention the branches of jurisprudence that he made based on those rules. Content of the thesis: The thesis included: an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. The introduction includes: the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan, and the method used in writing the research. The preface: includes the definition of Al-Quduri and his book Al-Tajrid. The first chapter: Providing practical rulings based on the principles related to legal ruling, and it contains twenty-six topics. The second chapter: Providing practical rulings based on the principles related to the legal evidence, and it contains twenty-four topics. The third chapter: Providing practical rulings based on the principles related to the semantics of words and methods of deduction, and it contains twenty-four topics. The fourth chapter: Providing practical rulings based on the principles related to contradiction, validation of opinions and Ijtihad, and it contains eighteen topics. Conclusion: It mentions the most important findings in the research, then the various scientific indexes. Among the findings of the research: that the provision of practical rulings based on the principles is the science that shows the fundamental rules on which the imams built the legal rulings that they used in issuing fatwas. That the scholar Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Quduri, may God have mercy on him, was a scholar who delved into various sciences, especially the science of jurisprudence. The fair people attested to his abundance of knowledge and quality of investigation, and that Al-Quduri wrote his book “Al-Tajrid” in the jurisprudential dispute between the Hanafis and the Shafis. He mentions the opinions of the two school of thoughts and their evidence and returns the branches to their fundamental principles. I did not find in the branches mentioned in this research that Al-Quduri diagreed with the Hanafi principles, and Al-Quduri was distinguished by the arrangement of evidence, as he inferred from the Holy Qur’an, then the Sunnah, then by consensus, then by analogy, to other results.
